October 20, 201312 yr Unbelievable how MLB hasn't yet turned to someone standing by to shorten fair/foul reviews. You don't even need them present at the park; 1-3 guys per night somewhere in MLB offices would be more than sufficient. They would still end up sitting there twiddling their thumbs for the overwhelming majority of the time.
