He's obviously lacking TWTW

"After their loss to the Atlanta Braves, the Chicago Cubs became the third team in baseball history to lose ten thousand games. The poor Cubs. They can't even win a losing contest."

Whose show is he on? I'll check it out.

Mully and Hanley I don't catch him often but the two times I have he brings some very valid points as to how this rebuild has gained zero traction. He has no blind cubbie faith which is odd for any cubs beat writer.

He is the one pounding the fact that Ricketts has no money and the rebuild is hurting because of it.

Andrew Cashner to the DL. His inability to stay healthy was the main variable of that trade

How is it that the Cubs have "home and home" series with the Yankees this year? I don't ever recalling seeing that in interleague play, apart from the so-called geographic rivalries (CHW v. CHC; NYY v. NYM; STL v. KC). Did this start when Houston moved to the AL and they started scheduling Interleague series every day? Do other teams do this?

That was new last year. I think the Sox have one with SF.

The Shark really cannot get a break.

I think Samardzija starts are appointment tv/radio at this point if they haven't already been.

Awfully nice of MLB to let us travel all the way to SF for two games..

MLB.com has a highlight from the Cubs/Yankees game today that is titled "Jeter turns clutch double play". It was a damn ground ball up the middle that took him to the bag. They just love to throw love and the word "clutch" at Jeter constantly. I can not WAIT until he retires.

He just doesn't have TWTW. Probably due to all that time around Charlie Weis.

Cubs chairman to submit revised expansion plan for Wrigley Field

The Chicago Cubs have declared an end to negotiations with the Wrigleyville Rooftop Association and are plowing ahead with their $300 million planned renovation of Wrigley Field.

The team is also now planning to go big with its plans for outfield signage, proposing to add five more outfield signs beyond the two approved by the city last year, including a second video board.

That's a huge middle finger to the rooftops

Honestly, the best thing to do would be to find a new location. Wrigley Field is a f***ing dump.

Shark leads the majors in ERA.

Hot garbage, eh Dick Allen?

He has been doing well. He won't keep it up. Funny you weren't giving us updates when he was falling apart last year. How come?

Carlos Quentin profundos on the Cubs. 2 run pinch hit shot.
