Sox were very close to drafting him. If Rockies took Hawkins like many had projected, then I believe Stroman was the pick.

I wanted Hawkins at the time because the reports scared me on Stroman. I thought he was destined for the bullpen. Great stuff there.

I was just about to say this game seems like the Sox have no chance to score, and Sale will eventually give up a homer.
