Jets cut former 1st round pick Quinton Coples due to lack of playing time, particularly a new system. (he thrived in a 3-4 under Rex Ryan) Bears should be ALL OVER THIS. Only 25 years old.

Looks like Miami is going to pick him up. Who so happens to play the Jets this week.

Damn. Seemed like a total Ryan Pace move.

Apparently Pettine told Manziel he was on a zero tolerance policy over the bye week. He is just a dumbass

He's going to get cut right? Moving him to 3rd string...why not just drop him entirely? Seems like at this point they are done with him. Or are they presuming they can get a pick back from someone else in the off-season?

Just for s***s and giggles I looked up the Browns first round drafts going back to Tim Couch. It is astounding how bad they have been, how many completely wasted picks, and Manziel looks like another

You would think that its almost hard to mess up every pick even if you were trying to mess them up. Someone would have to pan out just by the odds.

What the hell. Marty is out against the Packers. Royal and Carey are also out.

Cutler's options tomorrow-

Alshon Jeffery (?)

Matt Forte (?)

Zach Miller

Josh Bellamy

Marc Mariani

Deonte Thompson

Khari Lee

Jeremy Langford

Antone Smith

Marquess Wilson

Cameron Meredith

YIKES.

Edited by Jose Abreu

Forte Langford I think is a lock, though.

Whoops, he's questionable. I don't think he plays though.

Prove me wrong, Alshon!

For the sake of a fun exercise, the Bears 1st round picks post 1990 were pretty mehhh too. Outside of Urlacher, and maybe Carrier and Tommy Harris, there aren't much else to show for (David Terrell. yuck...).

Ooops, forgot that Rexy did lead us to a SB, that counts for something, amIrite?

He ran his mouth this week about how disrespectful it was by GB for smacking them around last year, so he best play now.

Mack and Thomas are great players. Wimbley went onto have a good career albeit not in Cleveland

Fuller has been better lately, Long is 2/2 in Pro Bowls, McClellin has been decent and Olsen might be the 2nd best TE in football.

This list looks like a Super Bowl contender next to the Browns. The Bears made the playoffs multiple times during this time period and had a lot of pro bowls in there, the Browns have two picks in the last 3 years that aren't even in the league right bow(Richardson and Weeden) and Manziel is hot on their heels

Yeah, the Bears have some busts, like any organization, but there is no comparison to the awful Clevenamd picks.

I still wish David Terrell got to play with a QB that was decent outside Jim Miller.

Edited by Brian

Pretty sure these announcers just called Brett "unsolicited dick pic" Favre one of the classiest guys to ever play

See ya Chip Kelly. Hope the NFL was fun

Yea, Dallas was favored in this game

3 blowouts today.

Bears 96, Packers -3

What a cheap flag on porter, took that int away.

Then they completely miss a hold on the screen pass that sprung it. Good game so far.

League wants a feel good night for GB and Farve. Call on Porter just absurd.
