This is going right down to the wire. I think its possible to match up with the Dodgers. Maybe Shark , Eric Johnson and others for Puig. It would generate huge buzz around the Sox and their fanbase. Edit: Ok my bad Have to keep Johnson to replace Shark . But I still think IF there's a trade and who the hell knows at this point it could be a big deal with lots of moving pieces but not Q . Trading Tim Anderson for CarGo would be a horrific move. I'd do Avi or some lesser prospects if the Rockies ate a little bit of salary, but no way in hell am I trading my #1 prospect for him. As for Tulo, he's got $98M left in guaranteed money after this season, is over 30, & never is healthy. He's way too risky of an acquisition for us, especially if he's going to cost a s***load of talent (Anderson being just one of many pieces).

A few years ago, Cargo/Tulo were primetime players...now, you're looking at being on the wrong end of some of these contracts. I'd take the gamble with Cargo. Not so much with Tulowitzki.
