Rodon looked better his last start other than a rough 7th. I fully expect him to build off those first six innings and deliver a quality start tonight.

Rodon needs to have his control on point against a team like Boston that sees so many pitches.

They only have like 5 games' worth of a sample, but the Red Sox are last in the AL against LHP by a wide margin.

Avi back today? Hope so. Sands is actually doing OK but his strikeouts last night were downright Aviesque. Avi has been hitting the ball alright so far hopefully he can pick up where he left off before the hammy tweak.

I was happy with Sands in the Baltimore series. Maybe he just can't hit knuckleballers.

Sox - Oakland was on ESPN 2. This is the first national feautre.

 

I'm about 99% sure that ESPN and ESPN2 have the exact same distribution now.
