June 22nd Game Thread: White Sox @ Red Sox 6:10 CT

Walking the number 9 hitter never is a good thing. Lawrie then trying a flip dedicated to Derrick Rose made it worse.

It's hard not to walk a guy when the ump won't call pitches in the zone strikes.

"Flip a coin" Hawk just said about this umpire & his called strikes.

He's right though. This guy has been awful.

Hell ya Navarro!

Love that play, nice job by coaches and navarro

Well, if you try it every game, it's gonna work sometime!

Quintana is his own worse enemy half the time...

He nibbled and walks and walks.

As soon as he gets runs he give them right back.

He is the guy that they should trade.

He is good enough to get something.

Nice play DN

Ya Hawk we'd have a good shot coming back off this bum if we had a major league offense

Ridiculously stupid post

You can't walk the 9th hitter 2 times!

4 Innings, 7 hits, 5 walks, 82 pitches

No excuse EVER

For reference's sake that is the 32nd runner the Red Sox have lost on the bases this year. The White Sox have lost 23.

sample bias, lol. Sox have a much lower "N" value.

To be fair he has been pretty average now over his last 8 starts.

Leadoff walk

Considering that is a 3:2 ratio, I can't see the Red Sox having that many more base runners to make that ratio equal.

And this ump is very inconsistant in his strike zone.

OK be patient now this guy is running on empty already.

Good time for Andersons 1st steal.
