    Dentists

That's kind of the old school way of doing it. A lot of dentist are now making them in house using CAD/CAM software. I have to get one done myself here soon and my dentist told me the crown can be made in under an hour. Costs can very greatly depending on location. My dentist told me he charges $995 per crown.
  2. I'm a huge DBT and Isbell fan. Never got to see DBT before he left but have seen them and him since. Both put on a hell of a show.
  3. $15,000 per month to just not say bad things about him. Totally normal.
  4. That might the most nonsensical series of statements I have ever seen. What the hell records is he talking about?
  5. Wasn't one of the biggest knocks on Girardi when he left the Yankees that he wasn't good with young players. That would make him terrible for a rebuild.
  6. To be fair that's including his 1st start of the season where he threw 4 IP and just 77 pitches. He's gone 6 IP, 5IP, 6IP his last three with still relatively low pitch counts of 88, 95 and 98 respectively. I imagine they'll push him a little deeper as the season progresses. We will see him this season, just not yet.
  7. He could be called up now. The only issue with calling him up now is that he would earn Super 2 status. But that just means '21, '22, '23, '24 will all be arbitration years instead of just '22, '23, '24.
  8. Renteria was hired specifically for this rebuild. He is not expected to win immediately. He will most certainly be here in 2020 barring something unforeseen happening.
  9. QUOTE (greg775 @ Apr 1, 2018 -> 10:05 PM) Do you agree with advertisers showing their displeasure with TV hosts by pulling their ads from the shows? Folks boycotted The View when Behar said Pence hearing from God was a sign of "mental illness." Ingraham who I've never heard of til this had advertisers take away their ads when she got on a Parkland student for getting rejected by a few college admissions departments. My other question/comment is that the Behar thing offended me. I've complained about how the left and Hollywood blasts/mocks Christians all the time. Behar went too far. Like Pence said, God does speak to him. Many Christians believe God speaks to them, directs them and they are not mentally ill. I've brought this up before and the liberals on here have gotten mad at me. I say if some View host said something similar about Muslims or Jews or Jehovas Witnesses, she'd be off the air. But christians are fair game to blast all the time. You can't be a believer without getting hit from all sides for praying to the invisible man, just ask Bill Maher. I'm glad NBC had the guts to air Jesus Christ Superstar on Easter. A step in the right direction for believers IMO. Wow it's amazing how you are able to make it through life with all that oppression you face as a white, Christian male.
  10. QUOTE (Wanne @ Apr 1, 2018 -> 09:01 PM) and yet all the California teams are playing each other (sans Padres)...Texas too. Makes zero sense. There's enough teams located in moderately decent weather regions that stuff like this can be avoided. Not sure why they haven't figured that crap out yet. Not rocket science really... There are 2430 games in the regular season. Making the schedule is not as easy as it may seem.
  11. QUOTE (soxfan18 @ Feb 25, 2018 -> 11:29 AM) The games that WGN has always had the rights to but aired on WPWR are now all on WGN. So no different than it's been the last decade. It screws anybody who can't get local WGN (like me). That's 55 games I have no legal way of watching. The WGN games used to also be on WGN America and the only ones I couldn't get were the WCIU/WPWR games.
  12. QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Feb 7, 2018 -> 12:47 PM) Is that really predicting 16 HRs from Delmonico in 254 PAs? I may be his biggest fan here, but those numbers are beyond nuts. No, 256 in LF and 170 at DH. 426 total PA's.
  13. QUOTE (Sarava @ Jan 30, 2018 -> 10:19 AM) If Avi has a breakout season again...say around the allstar break is hitting .300-.310ish, with 15-17 HR's...I think the first thing the Sox should do is explore if he really wants to stay here and if so, will he sign a team friendly contract or not? It's easy for us to sit here and say, nah he wont sign anything team friendly, he's so close to free agency. But what if he has a comfort level here and doesn't want to leave? Also, right now they are squibbling over whether he gets 5.7 or 6.7 mil this year. In other words, he's yet to get seriously paid in his career. If the Sox offer him like a 6yr/100mil deal...the lifetime of security might be hard to pass up. He stated this off season that he'd like to spend his career with the Sox. We'll see though. Things can change quickly once real money gets involved.
  14. QUOTE (Wanne @ Jan 19, 2018 -> 05:26 PM) You don't mess with perfection. Sox have the best unis in baseball IMO. The only thing I'd like to see are the sleeveless back.... Seconded. Love the sleeveless.
  15. Howard Stern was talking about Stormy Daniels this morning. He says they received emails from her in 2011 wanting to come on the show to break the story about her and Trump but Howard declined due in part due to his relationship with Trump. Take it for its worth.
  16. QUOTE (Chi Town Sox @ Jan 15, 2018 -> 11:36 AM) Dolores O'Riordan, lead singer of the Cranberries at 46 This makes me sad. One of my first celebrity crushes.
  17. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Jan 9, 2018 -> 05:48 PM) So you asked two random people what they thought of Trump and this changes your view on things? WTF Not two random people but two rich people from Texas. If they're not representative of the entire nation who is?
  18. QUOTE (greg775 @ Jan 9, 2018 -> 12:04 AM) I realize Trump is probably the worst president ever and all that, but he has enough of a knowledge of the world and the economy and some other things that he doesn't completely embarass himself. And this is where I quit reading this post.
  19. QUOTE (Joshua Strong @ Dec 1, 2017 -> 01:44 PM) I believe that Collins will be here in 2019. You can have him split starts at C with Castillo and play him at 1B and DH on other days so you can have him in the lineup regularly. Definitely doesn't hurt that Castillo hits right handed and Collins left handed. Castillo murders lefties, Collins struggles against them.
  20. QUOTE (Lip Man 1 @ Nov 28, 2017 -> 10:11 PM) Jose Abreu Leury Garcia Avisail Garcia Al Albuquerque Danny Farquhar Jake Petricka Zach Putnam Carlos Rodon Yolmer Sanchez If it were me I'd say "he gone" to Albuquerque, Farquhar, Petricka, Putnam and maybe Sanchez. This has got to be a joke right?
  21. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Nov 21, 2017 -> 03:54 PM) They also get locked into the retirement plan and health insurance I believe. Yep. It only takes 1 day of service time to obtain lifetime health insurance coverage and just 43 days to qualify for the pension which starts at $34,000/year.
  22. QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Oct 19, 2017 -> 08:29 PM) I hate Trump, but is Dotard really necessary? Not too mention super hypocritical. What's wrong with dotard? The definition is an old person who has become weak and senile. That pretty much perfectly describes Trump.
  23. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Oct 17, 2017 -> 07:22 AM) It scared the crap out of me when I saw it on Twitter, I had to share the fun with you guys! As a Packers fan I found that hilarious. If I were a Bears fan I wouldn't be quite so amused.
  24. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 10, 2017 -> 02:44 PM) I have to think that’s gonna be quite a rabbit hole, levying a fine for not standing for the National Anthem sounds like a bell for ACLU I'm sure the NFLPA would be all over that too.
