  1. Could have thrown any random SP out there and not done worse than Soroka as well.
  2. They are paying Lopez $4.3m and Soroka $3m and Soroka probably gets cut soon because he is complete trash. I'd much rather pay Bummer $7m than Lopez and Soroka over $7m.
  3. I'd rather have Bummer. I also think Shuster is really bad and has zero chance of helping this team. Soroka becoming good again was the only chance that trade would have any value and the chances of that happen were insanely small given he hadn't been good in 5 years.
  4. And even Shuster who is the lone "positive" piece has shown no actual major league talent. He has been rocked in the minors and has shown zero ability to miss bats in the majors.
  5. For a lefty with good stuff and good advanced stats over a long period of time including last year I’d be shocked if you wouldn’t have a team willing to part with a couple of rookie ball players.
  6. No. He should have been traded for 17 year old talented lottery tickets. The Sox wouldn’t have developed them but that makes more sense then grabbing a 26 year old “prospect” with no bat, a bad player in Lopez, a AAAA arm in Shuster and a washed up pitcher who is a free agent after this year. Harold loved this trade though lol
  7. Yeah, I'm not a Rivers fan at all but without Giannis the only teams that Milwaukee would have been favored to beat were Miami minus Butler and New Orleans minus Zion.
  8. Berroa also has zero business being anywhere near an MLB roster with his current command.
  9. Then have him get starts in AAA over worthless arms like Kuhl or Woodford who have zero chance of ever being part of a decent team, let alone a White Sox team capable of competing. Our AAA pitching staff is full of worthless garbage.
  10. This Rays team is bad. They’ve been run so well for so long but they have a number of just absolutely brutal players. So many guys who just don’t belong (Siri, Caballero, etc).
  11. Firing Grifol makes sense but this isn’t a motivation issue. This is a Sox cobbled together a collection of trash players and the one good player they have being injured.
  12. Carlos Santana is so freaking bad. That was absolutely a White Sox type signing by the Twins
  13. Yeah, not shocked at all by this inning. Soroka has horrendous stuff and can’t miss bats. Might get lucky for a bit but eventually teams will tee off on him.
