I, for one, welcome our future PE overlord in his ambitious endeavor to turn our feeble, laughingstock of a franchise mired with an "it's fine" stadium in a so-so location into a potential juggernaut with a state of the art facility, campus development, premium location, and the ability to print money at ease.
