You are highly confused on the 1st amendment my friend. If you, I, or anyone told our bosses to go fuck themselves you have a good shot at getting fired. The first amendment protects people from criminal charges for thought and speech crimes. It's that simple. Freedom of speech does not protect you from consequences, aside from being jailed.

I am Union and if I blasted my workplace I could be fired or at minimum suspended. He isn't. Jobs aren't human rights.

Yoan is not nearly as valuable at 3B than 2B. I wouldn't mind Tim or Yo sliding to RF if that meant Rendon was in play. But in the real world and not MLB The Show, asking Yo to play 3 different positions in 3 years is probably a lot to ask. I'd be for it though with either player.
