  1. "PhenOminal."
  2. That's being generous.
  3. Kurkijan and other beat reporters are in no win situations constantly. If they report something and it doesn't happen, they suck in peoples eyes even if the deal was close but something fell through. And if they report something and it happens, nobody says anything about the reporter.
  4. I've watched Sox Pride DVD about 5 times in the last week, hasn't helped.
  5. QUOTE(maggliopipe @ Jul 27, 2006 -> 12:18 AM) sour cream is delicious. sometimes when no one is looking i pull the container out of the fridge and a spoon out of the utensils drawer and eat a few tablespoons of it. or dollops, to be more accurate. Alright, I'll bite. Sometimes when nobody is looking, I pop open the fridge, pull out the A1 sauce and take a sweet sip.

Shot by Shot remake of one of the best SNL skits in awhile. Can't find the original anywhere on line. Found It
  7. QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Jul 27, 2006 -> 05:52 PM) Are you serious? He was dating her? Wow what a waste of a beautiful girl, she can come see me if she really wants, haha. She is cute but really packed on the lbs. I haven't seen a pic of her in a few years so hope she got her weight down.
  8. This is when I liked Cena's work.
  9. Hey, we scored without a HR. WTF? That's no fun!
  10. Beutiful 0-2 pitch by Buehrle to Morneau. Do our pitchers go stupid when they get ahead in the count 0-2?
  11. I'd just like to reiterate that this is painful to watch.
  12. Kind of a lame ass effort by Paulie.
  13. Daunte Culpepper has been medically cleared by Dolphins doctors to begin camp. In the year of the mending quarterback, Culpepper's recovery has been the most striking. Daunte was throwing bombs and scrambling in minicamps, visible to all on SportsCenter. Culpepper, who's been going in the mid-late to late-rounds in many regular format re-draft leagues, appears a low-risk, high-reward fantasy QB in 2006. Jul. 26 - 1:28 pm et Source: South Florida Sun-Sentinel Talk about a fast recovery. Know there are some fins fans here. Look out for the Dolphins.
  14. Here's hoping it is NOT "Beachball" Buehrle.
  15. QUOTE(T R U @ Jul 25, 2006 -> 03:03 PM) I dont care what you guys say Randy Orton is the fishin man.. hes badass No arguement here. QUOTE(Gregory Pratt @ Jul 25, 2006 -> 06:08 PM) Was the Rock better than Austin? IMO, nobody was, except perhaps Foley, although Foley is easily the best real promo in the business, which was something I can't ever remember Austin giving. Austin's stuff in ECW was entertaining. And please tell me you don't think Austin is the greatest at anything. Before his neck injury, he was a top notch athlete, but his mic work will never compare to the old stuff from Flair, Dusty, Jake Roberts, Bobby Heenan, Terry Funk, etc... It seems there are wrestling fans on here that never saw anything before 1997. P.S. After tonights show, and I apologize ahead of time, but I'm the Kelly bandwagon. She can't dance and will take time to learn the biz, but she is smoking hot. And Ariel, Shelly Martinez, is a freak, but a good freak.
  16. What was the bad call in the 6th that hurt us? Can't see game and gameday won't explain anything like that.
  17. What was the bad call in the 6th everyone mentioned? Still in St. Louis and can't see game.
  18. QUOTE(SnB @ Jul 25, 2006 -> 02:27 PM) haha, mine's already ordered. Maybe I'll get the "Got Pierzynski?" one to mix things up.
  19. Sometimes it doesn't matter how nice you are or how informed you are, but whether you're kissing the right butt. Who knows.
  20. I will be getting that "Got Crede?" shirt upon my return home.
  21. QUOTE(Gregory Pratt @ Jul 25, 2006 -> 09:56 AM) And the Rock? IMO, the most overrated wrestler EVER. Except Goldberg. And a whole host of other people. But I hated the Rock! I's agree to an extent. He was a bonafied athlete in the ring and was very good at selling moves. His mic work I thought was childish and overrated. His later stuff around WM 19 was better than his stuff during his top run when he would steal material and kind of say things like Cena is now. Kind of sophmoric.

Benn down in Southern IL since Friday. Power got knocked out as soon as I got here and just came back on Monday morning. They had bad storms, lots of farms ruined. Kind of sad because I have been coming down here since I was a kid and have memories and lots of things gone or changed. Can't wait to get back to Chicago tomorrow.
  23. I got mine in 2003 during our hot streak after the AS Break. Shoulder blade so I can cover it up when I get old. In thing to show off this winter obviously. Got it in Libertyville.
  24. Gload in RF...LoL!
