  1. I have no idea what you’re talking about
  2. Oh I totally agree. A big swing and miss on the sarcasm for me. Likely on a slider down and away.
  3. Sounds like your armchair gm skills just need work.
  4. Lol, come on man. Must be nice to know what all these universal top prospects were going to be without the benefit of hindsight. Like are you seriously not considering that maybe the Sox have failed to develop them?
  5. Ok new idea
  6. Lol. The SS one feels more on the player (assuming TA accounts for most of that), but still, lol.
  7. To be clear, I didn’t mind Colas getting a shot. But there needed to at least be a better backup plan than put DH guy in outfield.
  8. Seems like Conforto is doing better than Colas thus far. Glad Rick had a plan though.
  9. This bum ass offense rode the coattails of the good pitching the past few series. The lineup continues to be junk.
  10. I think a big issue many of us have is that they actually were counting on good injury luck as part of their plan.
  11. Except it’s not one size fits all. What works for you doesn’t work for everyone. We all respond to this stuff differently. I shouldn’t be told to be optimistic, just like you shouldn’t be told to be less optimistic. Now the insults and ridicule for how you feel about the team are a different story. That s%*# is dumb as hell.
  12. Ha, responsibility. It will just be referred to as more bad injury luck.
  13. For an organization that’s so risk-averse, they sure seem to have no problem throwing caution to the wind on some real dumb ideas
  14. Seems like a caulfield post on this should be incoming
  15. Kind of goes hand in hand with your second one, but specifically the inability to draft and develop talent.
  16. You just listed a bunch of reasons why he’s a terrible GM (minus the quotes - it continues to be mind boggling why people get so offended by those.) I hate the job he’s done, but holy f*** the dude hasn’t personally wronged me. He’s probably not an awful person ?‍♂️
  17. Sheesh, some of y’all take sports fandom way too seriously.
  18. You mean those two starts that he had 11 walks in? We have different definitions of "fine and looking better and better".
  19. I'm dumb enough to drop a few bucks to see five Aaron Bummer at bats.
  20. It was open, but then a bunch of bees flew in. Now we have a bunch of bees in here.
  21. This is actually a great question now that the team looks to be in pretty awful shape for the foreseeable future.
  22. Trade the pick to the bears.
  23. When the only two teams in baseball with a worse record than you are actively trying to lose while you are running a $186 MM payroll, you are in fact the worst team in baseball. Good job Rick. (Bump)
  24. There’s nothing to like about this team. I guess the uniforms are cool?
