  1. QUOTE(RockRaines @ Mar 3, 2006 -> 02:34 PM) A-row went deep today He's had a 1.000+ OPS in each of the last two spring trainings
  2. OCBT, I thought you were gone. I was so worried. Why didn't you call? I thought you were lying in a ditch somewhere. You know I love you... Why do you do this to me? I'm sorry. I just care about you so much. Next time you move, call me. Please. XOXOXO, The Cheat
  3. I suspect the people who are awed by the time it took to do this have never used Google Earth... I would estimate that it took about as long to type it up as it did to record the data. In any event, thanks for the info.
  4. QUOTE(southsideirish @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 10:06 PM) They are obviously basing it on just offensive statistics. Otherwise this list doesn't make much sense. Jeta Cano r teh gratest!
  5. QUOTE(Rex Kickass @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 06:16 PM) Carolla is down 90% from Stern's ratings. But it's not really a far comparison. They aren't starting with Howards audience. They're starting with no audience, and frankly little promotion. At least in New York. Nobody's promoting DLR who is IMHO just a placeholder. Rock Star: Van Halen is at least rumored.. Wouldn't it be delicious if they searched for DLR's replacement DJ on a another crappy reality show?
  6. QUOTE(knightni @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 03:59 PM) Christian Bale and Ewan McGregor "Brokebacked" before it was popular. Why is Brokeback a verb? I don't get it. (This isn't directed at you, rather at society in general) Like you said, there were other Gay movies before Brokeback. But nobody uses Personal Best to mock lesbians.
  7. QUOTE(knightni @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 03:52 PM) Johny Weir: I'm not as think as you gay I am QUOTE(Steff @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 03:52 PM) You guys are pretty good.. How about this one.. Buddy Cops: He only had one more day until retirement QUOTE(q\/\/3r+y @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 03:53 PM) ... Weekend at Bernies IV: Michael Keaton needs work
  8. QUOTE(Steff @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 03:16 PM) Yep. Another.. Is that Jerry Orbach before he kicked the bucket?
  9. QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Feb 27, 2006 -> 09:24 PM) Thanks to Cold Pizza for informing me of this delicious event. This shall be the most praise Cold Pizza will receive all year. Earl>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Public Access>>700 Club>Regis & Kelly>Cold Pizza>Quite Frankly
  10. QUOTE(Reddy @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 02:49 PM) i love this picture It looks like he just got done playing one of those dizzy bat games.
  11. QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 09:49 AM) I find it hilarious that there is a site with Iowa fans that want Steve Alford FIRED AND there is a site of Indiana fans wanting Steve Alford HIRED at the same time. Kind of ironic. http://www.firestevealford.com http://www.hirestevealford.com
  12. Look it says right here that you have no clue what your talking about.
  13. it's like 10,000 spoons when all you need is a knife.
  14. QUOTE(retro1983hat @ Feb 27, 2006 -> 01:46 PM) True, but just look at who led the league. Gooch himself. As much as I want to see him free-swinging, he was invaluable in the #2 hole. Oh well, we'll see how it goes. I am so damn excited about this year. So excited that I am actually a little scared about a flop. First, let me just say that I can't believe that Buster is still beating the productive out drum. They took the stats that they were tracking off the main stats page at ESPN. Why? It looked bad that the worst team in baseball in '04 was the best at making "productive outs." As for Gooch leading the league. Well isn't productive outs a counting stat? Didn't Gooch have more opportunities than almost everyone? Wasn't Uribe hitting at the bottom of the order all year, limitting his PO opportunities. Doesn't Uribe have a better PO% than Iguchi? Doesn't Uribe make significantly more contact than Iguchi?
  15. We better have a thread for the intrasquad game later today.
  16. A lot of Pearl Jam. I never was a big fan, largely because they were so overplayed. Now that I don't hear them often, largely because I hardly ever listen to the radio, i recognize how good they really were.
  17. The best baseball players in the game only hit .300. 30% is not good. Just ask your professor.
  18. QUOTE(Jimbo's Drinker @ Feb 25, 2006 -> 03:09 PM) so go to the bars, stay off the courts. I am so sick of this. posting on a message board should help.
