I wasn't following the team closely during Ventura's managerial seasons, and did not know that. Thanks, is par for the course. I believe the three amigos (JR, KW and RH) had similar roles / decisions for all of these managerial hires beyond Tony. Hahn played the primary role on most player trades / acquisitions / drafts, and for that reason, I've been out since 2015 (including his inability to handle the La Roche incident, having to go to Kenny to take care of the situation). Definitely wanted a baseball person to conduct the rebuild and "championship window phase", turned out somehow even worse than expected.

This team is a losing team since June 2021, and a losing team 2013-2019. A lot on Grifol and culture, but Grifol walked into a s%*# show of Hahn's making. The roster issues will never be resolved until Hahn is gone, and a competent GM is brought in to take a few seasons to assess what they have and begin building an organization from A ball to the ML club.

Even bigger contrast between Anderson and Clevinger. Anderson is doing the right thing, taking care of the child financially, saying he is also a part of his life. Meanwhile Clevinger allegedly did not pay/withheld child support, was accused of beating the child's mother and spitting tobacco in his child's face, confiscating the child's documents, and engaging in other forms of abuse.
