Normally the 8 th inning has been our Achilles Heel.

The first two innings epitomizes the Sox season. Failure to move the runner to third with no outs in the first inning cost us us a run, and failed to score with men on second and third and one out in the second. Padres turned a routine base hit into a double running on our LF and this cost us a run.

Too bad we don’t have the option of forfeiting the remaining games.

Eloy just wouldn’t take a walk from a pitcher that had been wild and with the bases loaded. He saw at least 5 balls in this AB and grounded into a double play. Stupid and par for the course.

I don’t know either, but can’t be worse than TLR.
