There are two aspects of managing - managing the people and managing the game. Both RR and TLR were/are good at managing people. Ticky-tack holding call on Bears while the Packers don't get flagged for holding once the entire game. Bears overcame it and scored TD but took an extra minute off the clock.

Two blatant holds on that TD scramble. Refs are a fucking joke.

Maybe @ptatc can weigh in, but I'd think there is a difference between his arm just got fatigued due to the high workload or his arm actually suffered damage at the end of the season. If it's the former, an offseason training program ought to help him do more next year. Only needs a 15% increase over 2021 to reach 150 innings in 2022.
