Amen on what you guys are saying about Minnesota. The Angels just crushed them in the dome and we go in there like the Twins are the best team in baseball. I'm a little afraid of what we're about to get in the hot Angels. We should crush Minnie pitching in that s***f*** of a dome.

I wish they'd DL Liney for a while. He does suck. Sorry to say I haven't been impressed much with Pena. I am not a Carrasco guy. The new lefty appears maybe better than Gobble, but doesn't thrill me. Just think if we got the good Dotel and the good Thornton every night out or 85 percent of the time. We'd have it made. Those 2 guys are ultimately the key with Liney sucking. Maybe Jhonny will be the answer. He looked OK in his one batter though he did go 3-2 on him. Not good.

3/4 from NY is great, but it would have been nice to make up for the disasters in Detroit and Minnie with a shocking sweep. I'd be thrilled if we won another in Detroit and one in Minnie. But no way to b**** about 3 of 4 if we don't rally. CC has rebounded incredibly well since CQ tried to stretch the single into a double.

We don't know for sure yet, but I think I'd rather have the Guillen type player with an Allen-like attitude, assuming Allen has a good attitude. Aren't middle relievers a dime a dozen in the free agent market every year? This Pena doesn't seem much better than a lot of hacks around baseball.
