And that's a series taking White Sox winner!
At least he's less likely to get heckled at home?

5/19 Games
Man, WS can really put up runs in a hurry when they're going, up 12-4 in the 6th. Wolkow 3-4 with a HR and 3B, pretty encouraging stretch for him with multiple hits in 4 of his last 7 Cannon had decent a 5 IP 1 ER start for Charlotte

5/19 Sox @ Seamen 8:40PM
Miller gave up 8 hits over 5.1 IP in his season debut against HOU, but limited the damage to 2 ER against a pretty solid offense. He had a sub 3 ERA in 2024, but a 5+ ERA in an injury-riddled 2025, so hard to say which version they'll see tonight. Something that has been consistent is him being more vulnerable to lefties and not getting a ton of swing/miss, so there should be some pitches to hit

5/18 White Sox @ Seattle 8:40pm CDT: Schultz vs Woo
Tough break having to fly cross country after an emotional extra inning game last night, and this one had weird vibes from the 1st inning. Liked the progress from Schultz. Miller tomorrow should be more hittable than Woo.

Just playing with his food, never in doubt.

I'm watching the Angels broadcast as they aggressively attempt to jinx the opposing pitcher with sell the team chants raining down in the background

Encouraging outing for Schultz, ump nonsense aside. 0 walks is very good to see.

And if they don't want to reward Antonacci for what they think is an intentional drop, then you also can't reward the Mariner's for initiating contact like that to draw a call. Give them a bag on the obstruction I guess, but in no world was it 2.

2 ump-assisted runs

His swing/contact metrics in ST were so good, but it's like he's got a totally different approach now.

Can't get too rattled by the ump show, would like to see them regroup and rally third time through.

Well the fans who bought tickets to see the umps are getting their money's worth at least

But if it's ruled a catch then it was still a DP when they threw to first no?
-
5/18 White Sox @ Seattle 8:40pm CDT: Schultz vs Woo
Before you even get to this second play, how was the previous one not a DP?

They love naturally high extension, but they don't force it. Bannister is very big on leaning into guys' natural biomechanics.
