  1. Very fun night on the farm
  2. Zavala adds a HR of his own, that's 3 games in a row for him
  3. Getz said Friday that X-rays on Montgomery’s hand were negative and that he was having soreness, but he added that Montgomery ‘‘dodged a bullet.’’ https://chicago.suntimes.com/white-sox/2025/06/08/white-sox-colson-montgomery-rebuild-chris-getz-chase-meidroth-edgar-quero-kyle-teel-ryan-fuller
  4. Antonacci leadoff HR on the first pitch. Dash lineup really missed him, but he might not be there for long at this rate. Perez goes B2B. Leads the league in RBIs (39), tied for second in HR (12). And now Braden goes yard too LOL, 107mph 424ft to right center.
  5. Roman Anthony 0-4 with a BB, K and RBI in his debut. Also an unfortunately timed error. Boston leads the league with 60 errors through 68 games.
  6. The sample size of players with Taylor's specific combination of height and extension is so small as to probably not be particularly predictive on either role or injury risk But I remember reading this relatively nerdy back and forth on it in ST: https://x.com/sunshinevvn/status/1898863172695781868
  7. You're probably right, but I actually think it would be very cool if his first MLB appearance was a save. Not sure that's ever happened before.
  8. Antonacci #3 in A+ (173 wRC+) , Mogollon #2 in A (164 wRC+)
  9. He'll be electric out of the pen, but I don't want that to cut off his starting prospects longer term. All good if it's a Crochet situation.
  10. https://www.baseballamerica.com/stories/chicago-white-sox-2025-international-signings-review/ Off to a hot start in DSL: 6-14 with a HR and 2B. 7 walks to just 2K through 5 games.
  11. Clean sweep for the farm as the Barons win 3-2. Another nice start for Palisch, 6IP, 2R (both unearned). Competed without his best stuff today. Dalquist (1IP, 2K) and Dalton Roach (2IP, 5K, save) were great in relief. Gonzo 2-4 with a double, his OPS is up around .900 since the bat swap in mid May
  12. Zavala, last 7: 14-24, 2HR, 3BB, 5K, 6RBI, 2SB. Good for .583/.630/.833
  13. Winning home stand, generally well played. Witt the difference in the 9th here on both sides.
  14. The White Sox have the opportunity to do something very freaking cool...
  15. Braden 3-5 with a double. It's possible that slumping for a week in his first taste of pro ball didn't in fact make him a bust.
  16. Crochet with a rare rough start. 6IP, 5ER. Still got the W since the Red Sox lit up the Yanks starter for 8ER. Romy still hitting well for Boston, 3-4 with a HR today, .854 OPS for the season.
  17. Good stuff from Luis Reyes tonight. 7IP, 0 ER, 4H, 2BB, 4K. Easily his career best start. Kanny won 4-0, played good defense. Dash won 8-3 F/7. Zavala stayed hot with 2-4 and a HR. Braden 2-3 with a 2B and walk.
