  1. If it was for NBA data/stats, he would probably love it. The guy’s true love is basketball, not baseball.
  2. I asked a question. Why do you care?
  3. Hahn made some bad trades. At least he got Quero.
  4. He still has some time to turn it around but this could just be more proof that looking good in ST is meaningless.
  5. Talk about absolutely shitting yourself.
  6. Send Murfee back to the Astros.
  7. Did that cost the record?
  8. Yeah, that does make it a bit more ironic. They signed Quintana late in the offseason and had to option him to the minors to get innings.
  9. Main exports — coffee and coke.
  10. It’s funny when a guy does this in his first rehab start. Does he need another one then, a long as his hammy is fine?
  11. Nope, I have always been clear and consistent that Sheets is terrible. The Sox already have enough bad players on their roster and don’t need another one back. Perhaps you could design a shirt with this catch phrase and wear it since you are such a fan? In order to contribute to this thread, I have linked both players’ stat pages below for quick reference… Andrew Vaughn vs. Gavin Sheets
  12. I’m not buying Gavin’s early hot streak. He finished last April with somewhere around an .860 OPS and obviously we know how he finished. But yeah, I bet both dudes would absolutely rake overseas.
  13. Better lineup but this Maton at DH gimmick is pretty sad.
  14. Andrew Yawn or Gavin Shlts.
  15. They don’t. My son is on T-Mobile and I am on Xfinity Mobile for cell service and in different houses and he signs me up for it every year using my MLB.com account.
  16. Still not a fan of some of Venable’a lineup choices, not that he has a bunch of great players to pick from. But the offense looks like they could continue to do what they have already done in the first 4 games — be completely boom or bust.
  17. The team definitely looks much better than last year, but we will have to see how they fare against better competition. The Angels aren’t a good team and the Twins look like they could be the stinker of the AL Central.
  18. If the Sox bullpen pans out, heist up the Cubs in trades. Their bullpen looks like it is going to be putrid.
  19. If you want to play that game, you could list out plenty of worse players that are currently starting for this team.
  20. Couldn’t give up cash considerations for the guy, even though they just got some from trading Eder earlier today. Those can only go one way — into Jerry’s wallet. 🤣 Also funny is that the Pirates have a better outfield than the Sox and thought Canario was still worth adding. A bad team looking to improve. Go figure… He’ll probably play some LF along with old friend Tommy Pham.
  21. I believe we are still waiting to see if the Sox can draft, acquire, and/or develop an MLB hitter with a .786 OPS. We already know Vaughn couldn’t do it. Yes, he’s no great shakes but he’s better than cash considerations.
  22. It’s fun watching the roller coaster ride.
