  1. I have a feeling Getz won’t be referencing this Bleacher Report article like he did with the one about the Sox farm system being ranked third in the MLB. 🤣
  2. Robert absolutely blows right now and has been terrible for a long stretch. Eloy sucked when he was healthy and just got optioned to the minors by the Orioles. Moncada may have at least been mediocre to average (.730 to .750 OPS), but he is always injured and can never be counted on, much like Eloy and even Robert to a lesser extent. But even had these three guys all stayed healthy, it’s starting to look like your theory that they would have improved the White Sox record much isn’t really a slam dunk. Our “3 top offensive players” look like absolute busts right now.
  3. Stone Pony / The Legend — your dogs miss you at home. Retire and enjoy life with your pets… and take Schriffen with you.
  4. Burger just hit #29. Maybe Sheets will turn into a lefty slugger that can hit 30+ homers next season?
  5. I think I agree with both of you (Texsox too). I think of brand loyalty mainly pertaining to a company that provides goods and/or services. But people also spend money on entertainment, which the Sox are failing to provide any positive form of. But it’s easy to simply ignore the Sox, not pay to attend any of their games, and wait until they are good again so you can enjoy a game watching actual major league level talent.
  6. I wonder if it is just that Sizemore didn’t want to manage this record breaking team or if he doesn’t want to manage at all and be a special advisor / developmental guy in a team’s front office?
  7. The most dysfunctional team in sports, ladies and gentlemen!
  8. Yes, all those people at the Sox game tonight that paid money to see Jerry’s team were trolls, not Sox fans. I was hoping this was your gimmick but it’s far worse. You’re actually for real…. 😳
  9. Yes they were. Go watch Benintendi’s post-game interview. Oops…
  10. LOL, Benintendi was just interviewed and said it was weird that the Sox fans were upset that they won. Hilarious to hear a player admit that. Chuck said the fans wanted to see history.
  11. Sizemore could have a 5+ year tenure as the Sox manager by the time that happens.
  12. Please just don’t let the Sox pick any more players from the Dodgers.
  13. Sox are going to luck out of the record tonight.
  14. Good for Ramos, but I hope he doesn’t get past 2B.
  15. So who’s excited to watch Vargas next year for a full season of at bats?
  16. Vaughn may no longer be that cheap for his production but Getz spent $4.3 million on the bum known as Little Nicky from Naperville. They will throw $4.5 to $5 million at their first round draft pick Vaughn.
  17. Who will the Sox play instead? They aren’t spending any real money.
  18. Sheets, our lefty slugging right fielder. What an embarrassment to baseball lineups.
  19. This is like MLB The Show when you sim the worst team against itself.
  20. Love the Sox fan’s reaction at the end. He was the personification of the TLR emoji.
