  1. I hear you loud and clear , but someone with no ties to Chicago and spending billions to acquire the club might have a different plan.
  2. The Sox were 29th in 2023 revenue !?, holy cow. I had no clue they were that far down the list. A new owner will move the club out of Chicago in a heartbeat.
  3. Schriff is picking Brooks up at the KC Airport , he is holding up a sign "Brooks Baldwin Stand Up"
  4. If the Sox can't a haul for Crochet and Robert they can hold off on moving them. I feel pretty confident Pham, DeJong, and Fedde get traded
  5. Congrats to Brooks !! I am loving it, more youngsters please !
  6. Sosa's home/away splits are crazy, his away stats are awesome
  7. Pham to the Phillies and then a game winning hit against the Brewers to knock them out of the playoffs.
  8. I will keep an eye out for it , thanks
  9. Excellent, I thought we were stuck at 10th for each round. Are you familiar with the amount of money the Sox will have to spend ?

  11. As previously posted, I am all in on Baltimore trading prospects for both Fedde & Crochet. This would not only boost their staff on the cheap for the present but also provide insurance if they can't sign Burnes. Elias doesn't have the stones to make it happen. If Dumbrowski was the O's GM he would be flipping the prospects.

  13. Sox find bullpen pieces with callups in second half
  14. Wow, what a story, I am pulling for Oleg
  15. Awesome highlights of Austin Peay's Lyle Miller -Green mashing
  16. For whatever reason Schriff does not bother me one bit, like water on a duck's back. If I was driving a car on a 3-hour trip with him in the back seat nonstop talking, I could take it. 30 seconds of Dan Berstein and I would pull the car over and toss him out
  17. Not much love for Caleb Bonemer on the board. Shirley was raving about him, James Fox also liked the pick. Power, can run, bat speed, big strong kid,
  18. During spring training, I thought Soroka was going to have a bounce back year. I am still glad to see Bummer gone.
  19. 2024: An All-American, All-Region and All-ACC performer in his first season with the Panthers … Made 23 appearances out of the bullpen and struck out 45 batters over 36.2 innings … Earned eight saves and three wins, finishing with a 1.47 ERA … His eight saves were the second-most in a single season in program history … Had 18 scoreless and nine hitless outings … Earned a six-out save at No. 13 Virginia Tech where he allowed just two base runners … Earned a save in an upset win vs. No. 7 Duke … Threw two scoreless frames and earned the save in Pitt’s shutout win vs. No. 8 Florida State (5/10) … Notched eighth and final save of the year in a pivotal win at Miami (5/17). Prior to Pitt: Spent the past two years at Gardner-Webb University … Underwent Tommy John Surgery in 2022 … Was named to the Big South All-Freshman Team as a redshirt freshman in 2023 … He appeared in 23 games and made one start over 30.1 innings … Emerged as the team’s closer and lead the Runnin’ Bulldogs in that category with three saves last season … Played at local Hempfield Area High School in Greensburg, PA where he was ranked as one of the top-500 players in the country … As a two-way player in high school, he hit .300 with seven runs scored during his sophomore year while he maintained a 2.62 ERA on the mound in six appearances … Played for the East Coast Sandhogs travel ball team that won the Perfect Game WWBA Northeast Qualifier.
  20. How about he fakes an injury and gets a medical procedure that takes him out until he qualifies for the extra million? It's a win win for everyone.
  21. Moncada can be bought out for $5 million after the 2024 season, adios. I believe Eloy is $3 million to buy out, adios Stuck with Benny and after this season another $49.3 million until the end of 2027. Between the 3 the Sox are getting no production
  22. I totally understand why not to draft a first baseman, guys like James Fox makes excellent points why not to. If Jac Caglianone falls to the Sox at 5 and they can get him at a decent price I would have no problem seeing the Sox select him. It would be nice to see a legit power bat that other teams would fear. Plus, if they pitch him now and then he will be a Sox cult legend. Sox Power Outage: Vaughn, Eloy, Moncada.
  23. It will only be sweeter when the Sox start kicking ass and taking names.
  24. Me too Lip, dang arm injuries.
  25. Flecther has hit everywhere he has been until 2024 and entering the Sox system. I would like to think if he can get healthy his bat will come back.
