  1. You are 100% correct. I think the Sox fans that know the truth about Reinsdorf's meeting with the mayor of Nashville are mentioning a move there out of frustration.
  2. If there is any hope, I look at the present-day Pittsburgh Steelers. They were by far THE most pathetic franchise bar none until the 1969 draft when the son Dan Rooney became GM. Reinsdorf can't live forever, change is coming, new ownership will happen
  3. Ok , leave the mention of the Cleveland Browns out. I would love to see it happen
  4. Here is what I would like to see happen. Reinsdorf moves the ML & all the Minor League teams and personnel to Nashville and renames the ML team. The Chicago White Sox name and franchise history stays in Chicago with the new expansion owner of the club. It would be similar to what the Cleveland Browns did.
  5. 2024 would be a good time to go into a coma or develop Alzheimer's.
  6. With the firing of Kenny Williams, I see light at the end of the tunnel, I might be squinting but I see light.
  7. Braden Shemakesouts Eloy will be replacing Mayhem in All State commercials as "Clodhopper" promoting accidental health insurance plans.
  8. I can't get that image of TA getting knocked out when his name comes up. The old saying, "you made your bed, now lie in it ", also comes to mind.
  9. Agree 100% I also want to cut bait with Eloy and Moncada with the team options to end their contracts and let them be free agents in 2025, Adios.
  10. Lee and Quero in 2025 would be sweet,
  11. Thorpe is 3-0 with a 0.50 era down in Birmingham and Clevinger is on the way. Keller is another possible guy that could come up. The Sox should have some flexibility to wheel and deal pitching even with an innings cap on Crochet. I really like the youth movement with Leasure, Cannon, and Nastyrini. I don't know if the Sox have found something in Fedde that is worth keeping or should they sell high.
  12. Leasure, Nastrini, and Cannon bring back memories of Bart Johnson, Terry Forster, and Goose Gossage, young guns with live arms.
  13. My best friend, God rest his soul, was a diehard Cub fan. He bought me a Sox Starter jacket back in 1990. It' red, white, and blue, with the Sox logo and batter. It still looks brand new.
  14. Tommy is a pros pro, no nonsense guy. He will bring value to the club and could mentor some of the youngsters.
  15. Excellent!! Good young controllable pitching is a great sign for the future. I was really high on Soroka having a solid comeback, hopefully he can find his groove and limit the walks.
  16. In my best Water Boy logic, "Remember the time Tommy Pham came in early May and lead the White Sox to 64 wins? " I am still bummed learning the earliest the Sox can draft in 2025 is 10th. MLB needs to put in a White Sox Clause
  17. Crap ! Reality strikes , now back to White Sox hate
  18. With the first pick in the 2025 MLB Draft the Chicago White Sox select........
  19. If I ever get to the point of wanting the White Sox to embarrass themselves, I will probably be in a nursing home with Alzheimer's. Nurse Ratched will be giving me my meds and ranting how bad the White Sox are. " NEVER !!!!!!!!!!"
  20. Jesse Rogers is an ass hat, he claim to fame is getting Mike North's coffee.
  21. Teruo Nakamura was the last Japanese soldier to surrender after WWII, he lasted until 1974. Sox fans have held out longer than Teruo.
  22. Colas got optioned back to the Knights after 1 ab, whoa .
