How about he fakes an injury and gets a medical procedure that takes him out until he qualifies for the extra million? It's a win win for everyone.

Moncada can be bought out for $5 million after the 2024 season, adios. I believe Eloy is $3 million to buy out, adios Stuck with Benny and after this season another $49.3 million until the end of 2027. Between the 3 the Sox are getting no production

I totally understand why not to draft a first baseman, guys like James Fox makes excellent points why not to. If Jac Caglianone falls to the Sox at 5 and they can get him at a decent price I would have no problem seeing the Sox select him. It would be nice to see a legit power bat that other teams would fear. Plus, if they pitch him now and then he will be a Sox cult legend. Sox Power Outage: Vaughn, Eloy, Moncada.

Chasing Records — 121 losses, modern MLB record

It will only be sweeter when the Sox start kicking ass and taking names. -
Me too Lip, dang arm injuries.
-
Flecther has hit everywhere he has been until 2024 and entering the Sox system. I would like to think if he can get healthy his bat will come back.

All right, another call up, keep them coming !! -
Schriff has carte blanche with me after he ripped on the Score douche bags.
-
I will hire a moving van for him
-
I will encourage Schriff to keep up the growls and anything else he can come up with. It doesn't bother me in the least, the comments in the thread are comedy gold, I love it.
-
Good to see Leasure back with the club, plenty of upside. I don't understand sending Wilson down unless more moves are coming.
-
I would think Crochet keeping Ohtani hitless in the 5 ab's with 4 k's might make a GM take notice. Very small sample size but Garret has had success against one of the best hitters in MLB.

I can't blame Sox fans for venting but trolls aside anyone on the board is a true-blue fan.

Dombrowski has the track record of making blockbuster trades.

I really enjoy watching Thorpe and Cannon impress. Sosa has been much better the last month or so, he has my attention. Plus he is hitting .667 against the Cubs
-
Let's see if Bannister can work his magic with him
-
Does anyone know if the Sox have a closer they are grooming in the minors? Is Leasure a viable option? That position needs to be addressed for 2025
-
.500 in 2025 might be a bit tough but the Sox are going to be better.

Schriffen says he was aiming at “Sportscasters”
Falstaff replied to Chick Mercedes's topic in Pale Hose Talk
I view Scrhiff as a hyperactive young kid that drives you nuts. In this lost season I cannot stop laughing listening to the disdain for Schriff. I am loving it, South Side Stand Up! More Schriff disdain please, I find it very entertaining, much more than the everyday Jerry Reinsdorf hate -
And that's a 3-2 White Sox over Fish Winner!

Thorpe has been solid since the AZ game. If he can keep his walk total down his quality starts will keep increasing. Teams are batting just .168 against him, -
How about Reinsdorf requesting special dispensation from Bob Manfred? It works during Lent for having corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's Day.

Stating the obvious but trading your studs for other teams prospects points out how important drafting and developing players is. The Sox should go all in on being a small market team and follow Cleveland, Milwaukee, and Tampa Bay lead. In the words of Denny Green , " They are who we thought they were" ...whatever that means

Huh? Oh no. No. No today. No tomorrow. No next week. No next month. No next year.
