Least favorite Sox players
I think that's what we're trying to figure out. What exactly is there not to like about him?

Ron Paul
I like him a lot. He's very libertartian, and he wants to reduce big Government.

What the hell was wrong with Tom Gordon? Great 2003 season, cried when the Sox died in Minny, and we used two of the draft picks we received for him on the overrated Gio Gonzalez.

Non-roster Invitees announced
Me too. Dick Allen was at the game. Let him tell you about it. Jeff hit one on Eutaw Street in Baltimore as well.

FairTax
How about we cut our spending before screwing with more taxes? I paid close to $23K in taxes last year, I better get some back come April.

Tigers not a lock for AL Central title
If Thome had Sheff's season last year, people would be talking about how he's falling apart and needs to retire. I-Rod will probably have a season just like last year because he has always been a free swinging hack. It might be hard to get "much worse" than he was last year, but in 2005 he had a season very similar to 2007.

Sox pitching prospects traded since 2000
No, Gregory Pratt will just use the list to show much of a failure his farm system is. I don't think Javier Lopez should be on that list either as he was hardly a "prospect" when he was traded.

Is this an attack on Christmas
Sure they can. The sign had to include notes about Christmas Eve so maybe there wasn't enough room on there. Notice how the library had to close early for TWO days because of one holiday. Maybe that's why they were apologizing.

Roberts to Cubs Deal Dead
A package of Cedeno, Gallagher, and Marshall is about equivalent to a package of Uribe, cash, Haeger and Floyd. Pie put up worse numbers than Anderson, and I wouldn't be surprised to see him moved.

Hey, it's right by me, and I have $3700 lying around. Maybe I should be part of the national news. EDIT: Already sold. Maybe I can be the first dickhead to call in and tell how she's going too far.- Thanks to those who run Soxtalk.
"I Just want to thank, each and every one of y'all. For all you've done to your computers..." Nice Try.- Who likes the Swisher trade?
Well since he's signed to a long multi-million dollar deal, Ozzie will have a much harder time trying to bury him for any party antics.- 2007 Post ASB White Sox Catch-All Thread
He also said something like, "Hawk Harrelson in the Hall of Fame?!?! That's a stretch. STRETCH! STRETCH!"- The slippery slope of gun laws
Can somebody (balta?) find a good study on the amount of violent crime in England before and after the gun bans?- The slippery slope of gun laws
How is the Government controlling your thermostat different from the laws forcing auto makers to make their cars to a certain MPG? If I want to buy a truck that gets 8 MPG, than I should have the right to make that cash wasting decision. He might not be a teacher, but he can help you.- Sox vs. Indians
Travis Hafner 2006: .308/.439/.659 Travis Hafner 2007: .268/.385/.451 I could only imagine how this board would react if Thome had a 260 point drop in his OPS. - Meanest Mom on the Planet?
