I love Gload, probably one of his biggest fans on the site but this is a fabulous move. Sorry but as much as I want the Bears to win, If Johnson was in possession of a Leon Lett like quantity of drugs, I want him to rott for it. I already whined and complained about his off-field problems in the past and think the best thing you can do with consistent malcontents thats get into legal problems is cut ties with them. I am waiting to see what actually happened, but I do not feel sorry for him, I feel sorry for the team that relied on him and us fans. He's just a f***ing prick that deserves whatever wrath comes on him for breaking the law (if in fact we find out he had posession of drugs with the intent of distributing it).

Also, I've heard of some pretty crazy deals that almost went down over the past half a season and if you don't think Kenny has wanted Arod in the past your nuts, although we have in fact had the opportunity to get him (now I have no idea if he would have actually came though...cause it never got that far).

That said I've seen Floyd pitch mighty fine at times so I'd like to see what Coop could do and Gio has made a ton of strides and has now emerged as a near upper echelon prospect (not quite there yet, but if he were 6-4 he'd be one of the stud prospects in all of baseball).
