  1. Every loss includes a billy Hamilton leury Garcia shit show
  2. The outfield depth was a huge question mark entering the season even prior to those injuries . No you can’t replace any of those guys, but there were better options than Leury, Hamilton and lamb . This team will never win anything with the current ownership group
  3. Time and time again Reinsdorf builds his teams up to a threshold budget and flat out refuses to spend a penny more..By not adding quality depth in the outfield in the offseason, the chickens will now come home to roost.
  4. They gave up the wrong guy
  5. I sure wish it had been Cease used in the Lynn deal instead of Dunning...again, because Dylan was a key trade piece at one time, he gets more cred in the eyes of management
  6. That he was a heralded draft pick will give him a roster spot for a few years- if his catching continues to improve maybe not a bad thing
  7. We’re so messed up at the plate, not sure it would matter
  8. Alzanoy has a great arm-Cubs may have found a gem
  9. In a Heartbeat I would’ve given Zach Collins at bats against right handed pitchers as a DH. It was very good offensively last year.
  10. We’re it not for Kenny’s first meatball trade after 2001 when we sent to very serviceable pitchers (Fogg and Wells) for the awful Todd Ritchie, we may fave won that division easily.
  11. It really never was... neither Cease (no control but great stuff) and Eloy (awful defensively) wouldn’t have helped the Cubs during their window as a much as a quality starter would have (Quintana) . It didn’t work out for the Cubs and Quintana, and the edge will go to the Sox but the logic was there on the Cubs part
  12. Can we not have Cishek on the playoff roster?
  13. I have little faith that Cooper will fix Dylan, and make no mistake about it, he needs to be fixed. The Sox are between a rock and a hard place...
  14. His defense has been lacking too...his throw to the wrong base allowed a runner to advance to second
  15. Ironically it was his best inning... but the Twins score a run
  16. Wasn’t it Robert who hit the ball that Buxton caught over the wall? Those two plays show who the better centerfielder is, though Robert is very good himself... but surprisingly not as good with plays at the wall.
