I remember when Jack Cust was pretty much being given away for free by Oakland, only to be put on waivers, and then released before signing a MLC with Oakland. .273/.406/.453/.859 comming into tonight's game. Wow.. just turned on the game to see when Morel was batting. I've never seen Alexei get owned in an at-bat worse than Cahill just did. Made him look like a AA hitter with those pitches in the dirt.

Can't believe they could be only 3 games back of us in the division (they are playing KC so it's possible they could be as close as a game back of us after this series).

Holy s***, 49ers blocked the field goal kick and it still went in! Saints win, me and Sonix advance in the survivor pool.

I'll say this. That 49ers team is legit. They are having some bad luck this season (pretty much the anti Bears in that regard) but if they wind up not doing well, it certainly isn't the end of the world for them. That team is loaded, especially offensively. I'm not a big Alex Smith fan though.
