So, yesterday my boss finally admitted (without really saying it) that he screwed up by cutting back my hours (and the hours of one of my co-workers). He said, after meeting weekly for the last 2 months, he now has a full understanding of what my co-worker and I do. In January he is going to request our board reinstate us to full-time, assuming our finances are ok. I fully intend on being gone by then, but at least he was willing to say he was wrong.

I dont know why I didnt like it. The concept was VERY interesting. I like that. I think, maybe, I had different expectations of what it would be. I dunno. Maybe if the main human character wasnt so annoying I would have liked it more.

I could see an MLB style cap structure where the "soft cap" is 45 million, but if you go over you have to pay $ for $ into a revenue sharing structure. And yes, a hard cap would HAVE to be phased in.
