  1. That's what it's all about brotha...The love of the game
  2. I haven't seen many games. But Koch isn't throwin as hard as he did 2 years ago. I think he's toppin out at 91 or 92 mph...He was pitching very well before his last couple of outings. I'm just gonna be positive and hope that he can get guys out no matter how hard he throws...
  3. 80-81 mph at best? That's not good at all. How do u have "deadarm" before the season even starts? I hope this isn't something big. I looked at Damaso and Kelly as are only 2 sure things in the pen this year...I am liking Cliff Pollite more and more though.
  4. I don't have a favorite team besides the Sox. I like to watch other teams. But the only team that I truly care about when it comes to winning and losing r those WHITE SOX...
  5. If Barry has another season of 50 plus hr's, people will have to get off his back about needing steroids to enhance his performance. Because you know whoever was doing that s*** before, sure as hell ain't doin it now...
  6. That's what i'm hoping for...I want all them to live up to the hype. But if we can get 2 of them to produce i'll be happy...
  7. I'm hopin this is the year Jon and Danny Wright BREAK OUT. I've always thought as far as arm and natural stuff goes, that Wright was more talented than Jon or Mark...
  8. Wow...This might force old George to make a run at Albert Pujols or Roy Halladay..
  9. Will Aaron Rowand ever get a fair shake?
  10. Hey SoxnBears? I was wondering did u have any threads from gm 7? If u do it would be greatly apperciated if u can post them..
  11. LMAO..Omg man..This is f***in AWESOME...Thanks for putting these links up for all of us
  12. Perez hits and throws left-handed and has spent all four of his Major League seasons with the Mets, posting a .276 career average with 18 home runs and 114 RBIs. His best season came in 2002, when Perez hit .295 in 444 at-bats with 27 doubles, six triples, eight home runs, 10 stolen bases and 47 RBIs. I think this is a very solid pick-up. As you can see by his 2002 stats he can do a little bit of everything, to go along with the fact he's a solid defensive player who can play all 3 outfield positions...I'm still tryin to figure out who's in KW'S doghouse
  13. Dude...You're not gonna honestly act like Willie has been given a REAL chance have u? A real chance would be Willie gettin an oppurtunity to show what he can do on an EVERYDAY basis..He hasn't had that yet. He's gonna get his chance this year..
  14. I feel ya. I just think as Sox fans we need to come to gripes with the fact that this is gonna be the team we go to battle with. There's not gonna be any major moves at this point. If we're in it by all-star break then maybe you'll see a move or two. BUT UNTIL THEN THESE ARE OUR 2004 CHICAGO WHITE SOX...
  15. Man...I wish people would wait and see what we have with Harris and Uribe before talking about all these other guys we should get...
  16. I don't see any need for Eric Young. I'm all for giving Willie and Juan their chance...
  17. You're right...His senior year is next season. So now will have to put up with this anorexic no talent bum for another year...
  18. I agree with what you're saying about Duke's defense. It was very good. I was just pointing out that when we did get open looks we didn't knock them down...If I remember correctly Nick Smith is a senior. So we won't have to worry about his sorry ass anymore. I've never liked him...
  19. WOW...I had no idea. That could explain the slow start by, Dee...
  20. LOL...I try and block out the fact Nick Smith is on the team. I'm not tryin to put the loss on Williams and Head. But they did miss a number of wide open shots that could've made a big difference...
  21. I think Reddick was just being a good sportman...Our defense was horrible. They did whatever they wanted offensively with very little resistence from our defense. Deron Williams and Luther head did absolutely nothing tonight. If one of those two had been on we still could've won the game. Duke has a lot of weapons. Deng is gonna be a f***in stud. I can't believe he's only a freshman. Oh well...Good year for the Illini. Hopefully we can take the next step next season...
  22. Well Danny boy definitely earned it. I hope this carries into the season. Can u imagine if Garland and Wright, who have both had fantastic springs live up to their full potential this season? God I can't wait to get this thing goin...
  23. No way Mark starts out 1-10 or whatever it was. I see atleast 18 wins from him this year...
  24. Very nice article..I get goose bumps thinking about our outfield of the future with Reed, Sweeney, Anderson or Borchard...
