  1. For me, this is Kenny's last chance. I love his agressiveness. But he's been here four years and we've been to the post-season ZERO times. It looks like there's gonna be a major overhaul of the team. Which i'm totally in favor of. If he's not able to put a winning product on the field next year, I think he's out.
  2. That's what I said when they were up 3-1 against the Marlins last year.
  3. I wonder will yesterday's heartbreaker do in the Slubs? Lets hope.
  4. I was thinking the same thing. I think the Braves much rather face the Giants.
  5. This is great for my fantasy teams.
  6. I expect this one to get ugly. I hope we're able to run the ball. We've gotta keep their offense off the field as much as possible.
  7. I'd rather hear about curses and goats for the rest of my life, then witness the Slubs celebrating a world series champinship. Hell, I don't think I could even watch baseball if they simply got to the world series.
  8. Even with the choke job today. I fully expect the Cubs to win the wc. Unlike the Sox, they're able to take advantage of a cupcake schedule when they have to. I look forward to witnessing another playoff choke job, though.
  9. Signed, Hawk Harrelson
  10. Assuming that article is legit "I noticed no direct quote from Shaq." It just proves what Kobe fans have been saying all along. Shaq has to be THE MAN to be satisfied. He can't seem to get along with anybody who demands attention and spotlight. In Orlando is was Penny, in LA it was Kobe, So of course he wouldn't want to have to share the spotlight with the greatest player ever.
  11. It's amazing that this all started from MJ playing in some simple pick-up games. It just goes to show how big he still is.
  12. Nice post It's one thing when people outside of Chicago try to slight Pippen. But people who live in Chicago, who witnessed the dynasty should know better.
  13. The second best player for argubly the greatest dynasty in nba history? The top sf for an entire decade? Argubly the best perimieter defender EVER? A superb all around game matched by a select few in the history of the game? I'd say he's without question a top 50 player.
  14. http://pittsburghlive.com/x/tribune-review...s/s_254260.html Thanks for an amazing run, Pip. What you helped bring to Chicago during the 90's will NEVER EVER be forgotten. Enjoy the rest of your life.
  15. Yup, I love Paulie. But if we can get a front-line starter or a speedy/high on base percentage guy, i'll trade Paul in a second.
  16. Who voted for the Cubs? Please indentify yourself so I can roast you.
  17. Props to Paulie. But if were gonna trade him this is the time to do it. His value is as high as it's EVER gonna be.
  18. The Cubs Signed, Brandofan I'm pullin for the Cards.
  19. Are you guys saying that we don't have a chance at the playoffs?
  20. Atleast the Sox didn't have any crippling injuries this year.
  21. I'm still holdin out hope the Marlins can sneak in. They've gotta get goin NOW.
  22. Damn Rowand. I feel bad for ya. Lucky for us we've always got the Sox. They always come through.
  23. I gotta go with Tim "Rock" Raines. He was one of the best leadoff men in the game during his time. I loved watching him play. Knighti, That avatar is sweet
  24. Do we still have a shot at the playoffs?
