havent you guys noticed that rowand has gotten to .300 or close to it as a 4th outfielder but he sucked as a starter... hmmm doesnt that make you think that maybe actually he is better as a bench player who gets the spot start here and there and is mostly used in PH opportunities not as a starter

why cant you understand he had a shot at the begining of the season and he blew it no more shots.... and when maggz comes back i rather have willie harris starting over aaron rowand anyday

yeah he is by far my favorite cubby to watch.... i also like carlos zambrano because its fun to see a player with so much emotion even though some of you find him annoying

jeckle we all know how much you love rowand but he got his shot at starting and he blew it horribly.... he might be hitting good now but especially when maggz comes back he is nothing but a bench player.... and hate to bring it to you but timo has been hitting just as well as he has since he has been given more consistent time

if we lose a series to the expos that would sure get KW to make a trade if losing a series to them isnt inspiration enuf i dont know what is

i read somewhere that he went to the hospital and had where ever he got hit x-rayed... or maybe i heard it on the radio whatevr the case is anyone know how serious it is... i hate to see him get hurt right when everything was starting to click for him

well im going to be fair with this guy and not call it a bad trade unless he makes it a bad trade.... maybe the market for rauch wasnt as good as we thought it was

meadows is having a good season but his overall stats arent very impressive and personally i think we could of got more from rauch

man of steel you dont trade your whole minor league system for 1 year.... the only 1 of the 3 you mentioned(honel,reed,borchard) is prob going to be reed but i wouldnt mind if it was borchard instead

yeah i agree with jeckle if we cant get a new starter when we next need him then if anyone is called up from our minor league system it should be diaz because honestly i didnt think he really looked half bad and he wasnt really given a fair chance either especially that 2nd game

i think ozzie is mis using cotts he usually it seems does good his 1st inning but always gets hit his 2nd inning which make him look almost as bad as pollitte and mike jackson

your not understanding what he is saying he isnt basing it on how he pitched today he is basing it on how his stuff was today which was horrible.... i say he could be a decent to good reliever but not a starter

how come honel hasnt been given a chance to start isnt he apposed to be like our best prospect or something....

well their bullpen was so bad i think koch is actually an upgrade for them i still remember the 1-2-3 inning he had against the angels... unfortunately thats the only good thing i remember about him

i wouldnt say he wouldnt ever be a starter.... i think their doing the same approach they did with buehrle start him as a reliever and then work him in as a starter next year
