I guess the question is what is the market for a back-up C regardless of need. I just cant imagine getting real prospects for him. I was thinking best possible scenario is an OF rosters number casualty from another team, albeit we may have those already as bad as our OF is. I still wouldnt be surprised if we roster Lee. The players on the 25 man at least have plenty of versatility, making it viable. Also wouldnt hate him playing more corner OF.

Where you seeing the 102 reference? He has touched 102 before. I was surprised people were suggesting a DFA of him earlier. Hes got an elite of elite arm and I think some have forgotten that. I think hes a backend potential closer before long. Edit: oh I see what you are referencing. Yes, I think hes saying hes touching 102 again.

They do mention him in 1951 it looks like. So hes black then but not when he makes the all star team 5 times in the 1950s as Al Smith is apparently the first black Sox all star.

I dont know that Frank was a trailblazer of sorts but yeah should probably get his own timeline there. I'm more confused that Minnie Minoso isnt black.

I absolutely loved it when I went. Went to some other stadiums too which aren't all too far. The game is a mere distraction but its awesome just walking around or sitting in the outfield grass.
