Gone before their time
QUOTE(farmteam @ Feb 28, 2006 -> 11:36 PM) Club House (I admit it, I watched it) That show was awesome. I watched it religously every week. Although it could go down as the worst big network TV show of all-time, I still loved Baby Bob. He can be seen in Quizno's commercials today.

For whatever reason, I could just see Konerko's home run coming. Pod's took by by total surprise. Never in a million years could I have seen that one coming.

Bad News: Son little league team is the cubs
I actually won a championship while on the Cubs in little league (a span in which I won 3 straight years in a 25 team league). I still burned the hat and jersey in bonfire immediatly after the season. A friend and I held a whole ceremony while doing so.

Vince Young wonderlic score FALSE
QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Feb 27, 2006 -> 09:40 PM) It's timed. For 5 minutes for 15 questions. The test that ESPN provided was a joke. A grade-schooler could easily pass it. I took it and got a 14/15. Got 13 wrong becasue of a simple mathmatical error.

Did Some ReArranging
QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Feb 25, 2006 -> 12:35 AM) Lets try keeping WBC stuff in the Diamond Club forum but if it turns out there is a lot of discussion we can always create a WBC subforum in the Diamond Club forum. For now my suggestion is starting and pinning a thread for all WBC discussion (well u start it and we'll pin it). Sound fair? That's fine. I just thought it would be better so we can avoid the WBC hate threads that every topic regarding the WBC has turned into so far.

There aren't enough choices. But who better than Jermaine Dye? I think we owe him something for last year.

Did Some ReArranging
QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Feb 24, 2006 -> 11:04 PM) I seriously don't see it getting that much play. Other sports can handle a thread. I don't know why the WBC won't. It's baseball...

Did Some ReArranging
Do you think we could have a seperate subforum for the WBC for a month?

Haunted places in Illinois..
QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Feb 23, 2006 -> 05:46 PM) ...meh, I was debating mentioning this or not, but, if anyone has any interest talking extraterrestial or UFO pheonomea, I have a few stories to share...two of which I expierenced first hand. All kidding aside, I'm a total believer. I would love to see a ghost but have yet to. I have however seen a UFO before. Seeing something out of the ordinary like this is just incredible and something I'll never forget.

Trade Deadline Thread
QUOTE(Jordan4life_2006 @ Feb 23, 2006 -> 10:32 PM) Yeah. The Sonics get Watson, a 2nd round pick and Jordan stopper Bryon Russell. The Nuggets get Reggie Evans, Ruben Patterson and Charles Smith. The Blazers get Voshon Lenard and Vitaly Potapenko. Nuggets made out pretty well there.
