That kind of talk always assumes you are picking between two equally Talented players and we know that isn't the case. If Pace can't identify talent it won't matter what positions we are picking.

I feel pretty strongly that if our offense could have controlled clock better our defense would have improved. You aren't getting day 1 starters in the fourth anyway

I'm not sure there can be reaches on day 3. 32 teams are ranking 250+ players. Imagine how much those lists start to diverge after 100. I'd prefer mike Davis, but it just sucks to look at this draft and now that last year is a complete wash save Fuller.

I've enjoyed our whole pen. Our position players have been so disappointing. Their lines read like something a pessimistic troll would write in a predictions thread, but it's real life.

DGB only really had 2 dominant games, but even in his great soph year, I'm not sure a bipartial watcher would say he was the best receiver on his team (not talking about draft prospects).

I don't think anyone is saying Kevin White is can't miss, I think what people are saying is when 12 months of scouting has identified Kevin White as the top prospect for your organization, should you instead draft a lower ranked player at 7 for need/belief that no successful organization wastes first round picks on receivers despite evidence to the contrary.

There was clearly so much interest in trading up last night, surprised more didn't take advantage!

the bears needed dynamic super star players. period. They didn't need starters. They need stars. They think White will be a star. That's good enough for me.

I love how everyone believes in BPA until push comes to shove and they want to draft need. Glad Pace did what he believes in. Marshall was the Ozzie Guillen of bears. His time was done.
