Just to be a party pooper(not really) but the media is of course going to love this deal for the Sox. Eaton just isn't a big name and since he doesn't put up huge offensive numbers there are going to be a ton of people that don't love the deal, especially when a guy like Giolito who has been a big name prospect on is on the move for the Nats.

Another thing not being discussed enough is that when we completely f***in suck this year we're going to get a super high pick and the ability to spend more on the draft when we have like no payroll left. Another huge infusion of talent hopefully.

Now that we actually have a f***in direction for once lets let Rick finish this off...and he's doing a tremendous job gathering talent so far. Don't stop now boys.
