Extra innings were absolutely brutal and Sale got beat by the damn count, if he gets ahead of hitters he's going to be unhittable, and I have no doubt that will be the case this year. On the other side of that, Pena is definitely garbage, you knew this game was over once he came in. It sure does suck to lose games like this but hopefully Mark gets us back on track tomorrow.

Jesus, poor Rios. He's absolutely destroyed the ball twice and has nothing to show for it.

Excited/nervous to see Edwin pitch today. Besides Peavy, he's obviously the biggest x factor in this rotation, I really have no clue what to expect from him. Wouldn't be shocked if he's our best pitcher and wouldn't be surprised if he has an era of 5+.
