  1. QUOTE (Jimbo's Drinker @ Mar 4, 2009 -> 12:07 PM) Hawks have picked up Dominic Moore Nice!!!!
  2. QUOTE (DBAHO @ Mar 4, 2009 -> 09:33 AM) All I'll say to this is how much easier is it to find a good RB (especially in the draft) compared to a good QB? The Bears have had immense trouble with both actually.
  3. The entire cubs team should be on that list.
  4. QUOTE (MurcieOne @ Mar 3, 2009 -> 11:56 PM) The Broncos aren't going to trade Jay Cutler, but if they were interested and wanted Matt Forte and 2nd/3rd round pick I'd trade him in a second. A) Don't get me wrong, I really like Forte but when did he become Walter Payton reincarnated? and B-) As has been proven time and time again throughout the league... its sooo much harder to find an elite QB than an RB. I wouldnt. He's already one of the best young RB's in the league and is a complete player from a blocking, catching and running standpoint. I'd really rather have Forte than Cutler. I think Forte is a stud and a star in the making.
  5. I've got something foooorrrr youuuuuuuuu! BOING Look at those low rates. Without even watching your video. That and victory auto wreckers.
  6. QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Mar 3, 2009 -> 04:47 PM) The WHOLE f***ING CAST of Arrested Development Elliot, Cox, Janitor, Kelso, Turk in Scrubs Fry, Bender, Professor in Futurama Ill limit myself to those three shows, by far my favorite ones. If you like Arrested Dev, you must also like Always Sunny, Undeclared and Freaks and Geeks. I find all of them are in humor harmony.
  7. You will be fenced off from everything they dont want you to see.
  8. QUOTE (whitesoxbrian @ Mar 3, 2009 -> 08:48 PM) If the Bears traded Forte, I'd shoot myself in the f***ing head. I'd prob boycott the games. That would be one of the worst moves in Bears history.
  9. Awesome game, I was 8 rows off the glass at the blue line.

QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Mar 3, 2009 -> 04:19 PM) Um... no, I wasn't taking it seriously. Obviously it wasn't meant to be. I'm saying, even as a fun action movie, it was an utter failure. To be honest, this is the first time i've actually heard that people didnt like the movie.
  11. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Mar 3, 2009 -> 03:08 PM) It wasn't that long ago when the Metrodome was known as a bandbox. It just goes to show how all the new parks are small. It went from bandbox to crapbox
  12. This is hilarious BTW. Bradley's injury history
  13. QUOTE (G&T @ Mar 3, 2009 -> 03:45 PM) Trib What I especially love about Phillips' "analysis" is that Piniella was in Seattle when they brought in Ichiro among other Japanese players. He probably understands "assimilation" better than most. Fukucrappy's swing had the most to do with the fact he didnt hit.
  14. That dude is simply an idiot, but this doesnt even scratch the surface of the type of animal cruelty that goes on in homes across the country.

QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Mar 3, 2009 -> 12:59 PM) Not surprising, considering its the same guy who brought us 300, one of the most laughably bad movies I've ever seen. Man I loved that movie. Great modern interpretation of mythology IMO.
  16. QUOTE (The Bones @ Mar 3, 2009 -> 01:42 PM) It's hard for me to choose between Gob, Tobias, and Buster in Arrested Development. Others that I don't think have been mentioned... Borat in Da Ali G Show Bill Haverchuck in Freaks and Geeks David Brent in The Office (UK) Andy Bernard in The Office (US) Eric in Undeclared haverchuck is the unsung hero of that entire series. Most people only recognize him as the bearded friend in Knocked up, but he is seriously hilarious.
  17. QUOTE (Paint it Black @ Mar 3, 2009 -> 12:40 PM) Mizzou is the most underrated team right now IMO underrated why? Smoked by KU, beaten by ILL and ranked higher than both of them. (as of last week)
  18. QUOTE (rangercal @ Mar 3, 2009 -> 12:12 PM) Do we dare trade Forte? Denver does need a legit RB. f*** no. We trade picks.
  19. I'm worried Count is going to tear that thing again, although that comes from not knowing much about the injury in general. It just cant be very common for 40 year olds to recover three months early from a devastating injury without either chemical assistance or the hand of god.
  20. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Mar 3, 2009 -> 10:46 AM) Campbell is a top 10 offensive defenseman in the game. The Hawks wanted to improve their powerplay. They have. Yes, a few years down the line this might become a pain in the ass... One thing we have not talked about around here is how well Cam Barker has played this year and especially of late. He almost seemed like a bust no more than a year ago, now he's one of the top young offensive D-men in the league. /jack I agree with you on both counts, I've also liked the progression of Walker who I thought wouldnt last very long at this level. Overall we probably need one more good defensive minded D-man to be a real good team on the back end.
  21. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Mar 2, 2009 -> 07:17 AM) Ah yes, if you can't kill the message, kill the messenger. There was a message in there somewhere? If there was, who would take it seriously?
  22. Thats just a reflection of how retarded east coast sports fans are. If they dont get something in their favor, then someone rigged it.
  23. QUOTE (whitesoxbrian @ Mar 2, 2009 -> 06:52 PM) But you are all missing the point. Cutler had an OL and a WR corps that is better by far then the one we have here. If you think Cutler would come here with our current team and succeed, you're wrong. If we would have signed Houshmandzadeh or traded for Chad Johnson, then I would have said let's try to bring in Cutler. But to trade 3 draft picks in the next 2 years that will all be in the first 2 rounds to get a guy that has no help would be ridiclous. Cutler is 10 maybe 50 times the QB Orton is, talent, ceiling and now. You give him Matt Forte in the backfield and you have a nice playoff contender. Kyle Orton is a good backup, an avg starter at best.
  24. QUOTE (tommy @ Mar 2, 2009 -> 07:45 PM) I couldn't watch the game today only saw the box. Can we say that Josh Fields starts looking like a everyday 3B for this team? He does actually. And if Beckham continues to get at bats, its going to be hard to keep him off the major league team. Even his ground outs are impressive from a contact standpoint, the kid can f***ing play.
