I like this move. 27, lefty, perhaps a true talent uptick this year. I can't stress enough how important it is to keep looking for LHB. We've seen what even a solid lefty bat can do in Tauchman.

At best you spend 100 million for 4 years annually and guarnatee yourself nothing. Even if you sign 12 WAR that doesn't really get you anywhere and can hurt avenues otherwhere. Played this roster out too many times in OOTP. At this point just gotta keep powder dry and ID young prospects. I'll give Getz a C- so far. If he can continue the circulating at the deadline maybe he can get up to a B level. Then some spending comes into play once the foundation is in place.

I'm a little concerned they IL'd him so quickly that it's more than just a muscular issue. Usually at his age you get some back spasms you're good to go in a few days, but if they are being caused by underlying spinal issues, crap.

We continue to create our own problems.

Great job salvaging the series. Houser needs to be gone before his arm explodes.

It's more obvious after Plesac. John stucks but Stone is just as bad at this point. Just having Plesac caring about the on field action is a huge win.

Him and Vargas currently have the same problem. They can't hit anything middle out for any power oppo. Makes it pretty easy to pitch to them.

They robbed Frank of perhaps one of the top 15 or so greatest offensive seasons of all time. I will never forgive JR for that, and so many other things.

I'm very excited for Matas. He's the first guy since Derrick to where I think ok if he pans out he can legit be a #1 option. Bulls lucked into him.
