You know that guy who seems to come up in a big situation almost every game and you just have to sigh and accept the fact that he's going to GIDP? That guy.

Thankfully someone has finally stepped in as the closer. He has to do it a few more times to prove it, but it's nice to know he can get it done. Humber, what can you say? The guy has been way more than we should have ever reasonably expected. Is there any chance he can put together an entire season worth of good starts?

It's taken quite a few years, but it seems that the vast majority of posters here are finally in agreement that a member of the coaching staff and/or front office needs to hit the chopping block. And because of the necessity to draw fans, the team would have to come out strong from the get-go unlike their normal routine of taking April off. Not only have they not done well, they have the second-worst record in the entire sport. They are basically assured to not draw fans throughout May at this point. This means that they will have to draw a lot of people to the games for the remaining four months. The only way that will happen is if the team turns it around in a big way. Somebody will be the sacrificial lamb this season. I mean, it has to happen and it will be completely justified.
