  1. QUOTE(SnB @ Feb 24, 2008 -> 03:36 PM) i wanna be this drunk at some point. If i'm drunk on the computer, i just make alot of typos, but fix them all. Yeah, I don't understand how baldy people type when they're drunk. It almost seems like they're exaggerating on purpose. I can be black-out drunk, and still write coherently. This I know for a fact.
  2. I just saw Vantage Point a few hours ago. It was a decent action flick. I probably would've enjoyed it much more if I hadn't seen the preview for it at least 25 times. They showed that trailer before almost every movie I've seen in the last 3 months. It was almost a chore to actually watch the movie.
  3. QUOTE(Brian @ Feb 18, 2008 -> 09:04 PM) I don't think it will be one on one. With Rey's arm screwed up, I bet the only way he gets to wrestle at WM is in a tag match. Rey/Mayweather vs. Show/? I'd like to see Show pin Mayweather. Everyone would expect the other way, a la LT/Bigelow Doesn't Mayweather have somewhat of an ego? I'm not sure I can see him allowing that to happen.
  4. QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Feb 17, 2008 -> 03:24 AM) Dang, missed the dunk contest. Gonna hav to youtube it. But I'm glad Dwight won, after the screwjob he got last year. Eh, I'm beginning to think the fix is in for every dunk contest. There was last year. The year before that was the garbage when Iguodala got screwed. And this year, they were clearly hyping Howard for the win throughout the entire contest. Granted, I believe he deserved to win this year, but it wasn't as open-and-shut as they made it out to be. Plus, the Superman dunk wasn't even a dunk. He actually only jumped about 3 feet (although he did jump very high) and threw the ball in. I'm glad the homerun derby doesn't count long foul balls and high warning track shots as homers.
  5. On the front page, this says "Nick Masset reports 25 pounds ..." I thought for sure it was going to say heavier.
  6. QUOTE(sox4lifeinPA @ Feb 15, 2008 -> 02:47 PM) Considering this is the worst time to see a movie (content wise)...I'm sorry for you. There's been some gems.
  7. I think I've literally seen every (non-chick flick) movie that has come out in the last three months. Just throwing that out there. I go to at least one movie a week, and usually two.
  8. QUOTE(witesoxfan @ Feb 15, 2008 -> 02:30 PM) just make sure after a few of those beers you dont try and light a cigarette with a stove, because youll likely burn yourself Ha, I just got some cigars for Valentine's day. That sounds like trouble. But, I now realize that I meant to post this in the Catch-All thread. Something about the random discussion here must've threw me off.
  9. So, I took today off to make this 3-day weekend a 4-day weekend. I'm currently having some beer and blasting my new itower.
  10. There is always some idiot on the opposing team to say this. Is it that hard to shut your mouth for a week (or two, in this case)?
  11. Spoofs haven't really been good since, basically, the Naked Gun and Mel Brooks movies. There's the occasional one that I'll enjoy, like Mafia, but that's it.
  12. I love the Royal Rumble more than any other PPV, and it's not even cloes. I can't wait to watch it. Then again, it'll all be ruined when HHH inevitably wins it.
  13. Per Wikipedia: I'm glad the three of us seem to be exactly on the same page. I think most people that aren't movie snobs will thoroughly enjoy Rambo.
  14. QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Jan 26, 2008 -> 02:30 PM) The action scene at the end of rambo was quite possibly the greatest action sequence I've ever seen. f***ing amazing. It was so f***ing good.
  15. I also saw There Will Be Blood the other night. It was a good enough movie, although I can't understand all of the rave reviews that I saw. It was good (and for a 2 1/2 hour movie, it kept me entertained throughout), but best picture nominee...I don't see why. Also, Daniel Day-Lewis has to be one of the greatest actors ever. He's just so much better than so many of the "great" actors now. And I just got back from Rambo. It was incredible. It's got enough plot to make it work, and the action is f***ing stupendous. If you like mindless action movies, you have to go see this. I'd actually go to see it again at the theater, which is something I never ever do.
  16. QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Jan 23, 2008 -> 04:41 PM) At some point.... there is going to be a guy that has had enough and violence will happen....Not saying Id support it but these people are basicly asking for it. I'd support it.
  17. Wow, we're all freaks...I'm not very surprised.
  18. I seriously think I have OCD, at least partially. I say partially because I can control it if I'm busy doing something else. The problem is that, when I'm bored, I definitely have it. It's hard to explain, but it's true. I think the difference between myself and someone who actually has OCD is that I can realize what I'm doing and stop. Say I'm sitting around with nothing to do and I start cleaning/straightening up and it gets to the point where I can picture someone else watching me and thinking I'm insane, I'll think "What the f*** am I doing?" and stop.
  19. I'm sure more information will come out soon enough, but this is a good enough explanation for me for now.
  20. Knightni, you're the greatest.
  21. What's in the cloud? I've never been able to do those hidden picture things, either.
  22. Yeah, I've looked at the site before, and I just did again. I still have no clue whatsoever. I actually think the moster is just going to end up being the giant baby from Honey, I Blew Up The Kid. Your thoughts?
  23. QUOTE(knightni @ Jan 13, 2008 -> 09:18 PM) Would you care to know some of the info that I know? I want to know. Are you PMing or something? Definitely tell me.
  24. The Orphanage was good. It wasn't great, but you should see it if you have the time.
