Is De Aza up now? Do you pinch hit for him since he's looked clueless all day vs samardzija?

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ May 17, 2012 -> 08:46 PM) Yet the Lakers and Thunder play Friday AND Saturday. Isn't that just because of the f***ed up schedule at staples this weekend?

July 23 is RAW's 1000 episode. To celebrate they made it 3 hours. They've also announced the every Raw forever now will be 3 hours starting July 23. I think this can be good as long as they don't spend an hour every week recapping s*** that's already happened. https://twitter.com/#!/JohnCena/status/...222060774850560

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ May 11, 2012 -> 10:12 AM) Sorry for having an opinion, I watched 50+ Bulls games this season, I would think that is watching enough basketball. As for your NCAA comment, perhaps you should watch some, because you would learn about basketball. Right you keep talking about the "PERFECT" conditions for the Bulls winning. Everyone has to be healthy, sorry I dont play that game. I work in an industry where you prepare for the WORST and hope for the best. So when you talk about beating the Heat and winning the NBA Championship, I am not going to just hope the stars align and every one of my players is completely healthy, that is just unrealistic. Injuries are going to occur, over the last 2 years not once have the Bulls been really completely healthy, so we can take 2 positions. You take position 1) Well since they werent healthy for the last 2 years, they are bound to be healthy next year. I take position 2) since they have never been healthy, the chances that they are 100% healthy next year are negligible (you know having Rose and Deng both coming off of surgery) so the Bulls need to get better because they cant just hope to be healthy. Disagree with that, agree with that, but what is funny, is you say I dont know anything about the NBA, yet you dont even point out what I said was wrong? Maybe it was complaining about Thibs use of Taj starting in game 2, maybe it was my comment that Asik was dead tired and the Bulls may need to give him a rest in the 4th, maybe it was my comment that CJ Watson's pass to Asik was one of the dumbest basketball plays Ive seen, maybe it was the comment about why Thibs didnt call a player over and tell them that at least 3 players need to be focusing on preventing an easy break away with 7 seconds left. I dont know, I guess I just dont take solace in the excuse of injuries. Injuries happen, but they dont excuse many of the things that have occurred with the Bulls. So if you just blindly put on injuries, the Bulls are going to be in the damn same spot the next 2 years. They need to learn from this, they need to see that they are way to reliant on Rose bailing them out, that they need to have a more pass oriented offense, not just have a PG stand at the top and pound the rock. You want to argue about how the Bulls shouldnt be doing those things, about how because I only watched 50 games I dont know what Im talking about. Go ahead and tell me, tell me how this Bulls team, with an aging Rip, with Deng/Rose coming off of surgery, is just going to be better next year because they are healthy. That just seems to be hoping and wishing, and that is a waste of time, when you can actually go and make improvements. Simple things that can help the Bulls going forward. You dont want to make those changes, fine, but dont say it has anything to do with how much NBA I watch, or any of that weak sauce. Chisox, I do blame the players, I just am tired of hearing that it was only because of injuries and Thibs always getting free passes because they win a lot of games. 2 years in a row the best record, lost 4-1 to the Heat year 1 and beat in 1st round the second year. Im sorry but when Rose went down, I was arguing that the Bulls could still face Miami. I mean why not? Not for one second did I watch this series and think that the Bulls just didnt have the talent. I watched the series and wondered what the hell was going on with the use of the Bulls talent. For example, its game 6, why is Taj not starting? He is your spark, your energy, get him out there and try and get an early lead. Pressure the 76ers early, get the game out of hand. What about game 3 when Taj was on the bench the entire first quarter and the Bulls got down 10? If you read my posts, I always say #1 is Watson. I just am really concerned about beating Miami. I doubt the Bulls get the #1 seed next year, so already the stars arent aligned. In a series where Miami has potentially 4 home games, the Bulls are going to have to play even better. You just cant have a coach holding them back. There just is no explanation. Sorry I was drunk and upset last night. I still think the Bulls beat the heat fully healthy. I'm not going to blame Thibs for injuries. He made mistakes this series, but I expect him to learn and grow from them. He's a second year coach and he's done a damn good job so far let him learn a little bit more.

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ May 10, 2012 -> 09:46 PM) You dont need to get me started about what you could do if you switched Boozer for a guy like Leuer. I have always hated Boozer though, I just cant stand his game at all. And I know Im being hard on Thibs right now, but its just because I hope he looks at this series and sees where he could improve. Its unlikely the Bulls would have beaten the Heat anyways, so maybe they look at this and think about how they can improve and what areas they are weak in. Sorry, I don't care how biased this sounds, but if the Bulls play with a healthy Rose, Deng, Hamilton, Noah which they didn't do ONCE this entire season they are the best team in the NBA by far and would have ran away with the title. Anyone who disagrees I really do not care, we just had the best record in the NBA with not one game this entire season fully healthy, and would have ran away with the title. The only team who would have posed a challenge is the thunder since Miami isn't really that good as I stated in January(don't feel like finding that post but I said it) It just sucks knowing what SHOULD have been Edit: Also as mean as this sounds stop posting in this thread thinking you're mister know it all(because that is literally all you've been doing), you've openly admitted to not watching the NBA until early April because of NCAA garbage basketball. Because of this your opinion is almost worthless.

f*** everything, this was our year f*** f*** f***... CJ Watson's mistake at the end was unforgivable. Stupid Stupid Stupid
-
Are you f***ing kidding me? That would be one of the richest contracts in MLB history for a guy who has strung together 7 good starts, after 3 pitiful years. Edit: Felix Hernandez wouldn't even get that kind of money if he hit free agency

QUOTE (Papa Tru @ May 7, 2012 -> 08:44 PM) really because I read that he sold his injuries at the fight Yeah he had a brace on it, he used his other hand to raise the belt.

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ May 6, 2012 -> 02:32 PM) Not now, I suggested it in the first quarter. Have you been reading this thread? Im just saying this is what happens when you dont stand up for your players. Giving free points in stupid at any stage in the game. You don't get T'ed up on purpose its stupid.

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ May 6, 2012 -> 02:29 PM) What are you talking about? You cant let the refs do this to your team. Thibs never gets Ted up, he never stands up for his players. Plenty of other coaches get t's. You don't just get kicked out of the game. The other team gets to shoot a free throw and get the ball. At this point in the game I'd furious if Thibs did that.

My drunken self predicts a Bulls win tomorrow, and an overall Bulls win in six.

I'm going to go drink until I can't feel things anymore.

I scored 42 points with Rose tonight vs my friend in NBA 2k12...... his virtual ACL is in great condition

After seeing the Mo Rivera video, and seeing rose's video last week I've decided I'm never moving my knee again. Too risky I might blow out my ACL just doing regular daily things.

I've always loved Weaver.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 29, 2012 -> 08:16 PM) They say "restaurants" and you can't really support multiple restaurants on 41-50 games a year. They also refer to event space. Double that number. You forgot two teams play there 82-100. -
QUOTE (2nd_city_saint787 @ Apr 29, 2012 -> 11:51 PM) I ended up goin to hooters to watch it, got there right as the Bryan/Shamus match started, could really care less what happened before that match anyway unless Cesari made an appearance (he didnt did he?)....From what I saw this PPV was better than mania. The Bryan/Shamus match was obviously wayyy better than mania, Punk/Jericho was awesome and better than their mania match, and the Cena/Lesnar match, though a bit of a clusterf***, was just about on Par with with the Cena/Rock. Wonder what they'll do with Brock now?? Feed him to Skip Sheffield (dont know how to spell his new name)?? Maybe hes hurt or they play hes hurt? With Cena gone for awhile what better time to keep bringing in your talent and letting them shine, it looks like its going that route and I'm excited about that! Put the IC and US belt on some of the young guys, let guys like Rhodes and Ziggler go after the world title and I'll be a happy man. You only missed Kane and Orton, Rhodes and Big Show, and Clay and Ziggler.
-
That was awesome. Best PPV in awhile. Some conspiracy theorist on twitter are saying that Lesnar and Cena were not supposed to go that far and that Vince is going to be pissed so that was Cena's way at the end of saying I don't care do what you want with me. As well as the fact he thinks he severely messed up his arm.

I'm nearing the why the f*** am I letting this affect me so much I really don't give a f*** anymore stage.

Is Deng planning on playing hurt until the end of next year with the Olympics this offseason? Or is he getting surgery after the Olympics and missing the beginning of next year? With Rose out we cannot afford to have him gone for the beginning of next year as well. He needs to seriously consider skipping the Olympics for the good of the team if so.

After watching the other NBA games today. I've realized I wont be able to enjoy these playoffs anymore. Watching the thunder tonight I was just furious they get westbrook and durant and our star is hurt. Watching the Finals is going to be even tougher knowing that could/should be us.
