Sadly in 2020, "man of faith" and looking down on gays is actually very fungible.

He should be done for. This will always hang over his head, no matter what.

I hope you are right.

This is more about Robert than Dunning. This sucks.

DE-TROIT SUCKS!!!

Do it well enough they will make you President.

Zack Collins

Who is trading for a guy like that? Unless we get back absolute garbage, or he is the 4th guy in a 4 player deal, he has zero value.

He was exposed to COVID, so his roster spot wasn't subject to typical DL rules.

Same with the release EE talk. Effectively this season is in late April in terms of how many games we have played, and the teams didn't get a spring training. Take a guy like Cishek who has a ton of moving parts in his delivery, and it isn't hard to see why he might be having some problems early.

If anything happens, it will be something of young talent for young talent that might have happened over the winter anyway. With all of the pitchers we drafted, could a Thompson or Dalquist head up a deal? I could also see Vaughn being a piece that is dangled with the idea that Eloy is our DH in waiting.

They do, but there aren't enough position players to play a real game.

lol, I have never seen that before. Wow.

Not a chance.

What are "Things I never expected to see on Soxtalk for $1000, Alex"

Now THIS is when it is appropriate to make a list of names.

now explain the rest of the world outside of a few countries.

For the record, China wiped this out in 3 months after their lockdown. The 15th made 5 months here, and we STILL are having huge numbers.

This is all too true. Because of all of the idiotic pressure on schools to open up no matter what, they didn't get to do nearly the amount of preparation and trainings that were needed for people unfamiliar with technology to be ready for it. Any system that looked like they were planning to open virtually had so much ire directed at it, including the possibility of losing funding coming directly from the President, not to mention no funding was dedicated nationally for these sorts of eventualities, that no was willing to step in front of that train and get destroyed for it. We have half-assed it from the beginning in terms of federal response, and this is just another in a continuing line of disasters that the rest of the world was somehow able to figure out.

Parents aren't willing and/or able to control their kids. It's sad, but apparently teachers have to risk death because kids can't be controlled.

Because we have a 28 man roster, and no where else to send him for active games.

I am OK with McCann catching the new guy.

This is a great success story for a team that needed some wins when it came to drafting and development. They took a pretty raw basketball player, and turned him into a batting champion.
