  1. Unless they are worried about someone else trading for him.
  2. Did Rickey curse the team when he left?
  3. No options, low batting average/ OBP, 35% K rate, and not much AAA experience.
  4. I am probably crazy, but 95 and ALCS.
  5. Dropout has been solid. Gaming Wall Street was also really interesting.
  6. Then why are we talking about Rodon like he was going to automatically replicate his 21 production?
  7. The fun part is I don't think either will bea 5 WAR player this year.
  8. The irony here is that Rodon wasn't a 5 WAR guy going into last year either. In fact he had put up a little over 6 war in about 530 innings, working out to a 4.14 era and 4.26 whip at 28 years old. Going into 2021 Rodon was the very definition of "unproven young talent ", "coming off of covid" and he still hasn't proven he can be counted on. Much like Rodon, the question for Kopech isn't stuff, it's health. Kopech has the arm and stuff 100%.
  9. 1. White Sox 2-5 Who cares?
  10. That's a great story.
  11. My thing is you might have your opinion, but don't catch feelings if it isn't universally loved, or even worse, disagreed with.
  12. Pretty sure this guy was the first one talking about Cueto to the Sox.
  13. Yoan a late scratch today.
  14. Again, for the record, the Sox either have to keep him on the major league roster, or they have to expose him to waivers so that the entire rest of baseball has to have an opportunity to claim him, before the White Sox can send him down. This isn't about having, or not having, depth. It comes down to can the Sox afford to roster him while he is still an extremely raw work in progress, or do they need to see if they can move him for the best available offer? Any deal isn't likely to be a blockbuster, as the next team to get him also has to keep him on the major league roster, or expose him to waivers to try to get him to the minors.
  15. Yes. He is out of options.
  16. Let's see everyone's predictions for postertities sake. How many games do the White Sox win in 2022. How far do they go?
