  1. Since LaRussa backed over Yermin for hitting homers, he is .145/.226/.200/.426 What is really interesting is he has a .159 BABIP since that point.
  2. No one would really shock me, but in his case it doesn't really matter. We already own him for years.
  3. Call me crazy, but it might not be a bad idea to see who falls apart after the foreign substance crackdown to see if a guy like Lynn is still worth extending or not.
  4. Worth noting from the previous article....
  5. Shoutout to Lucas Giolito for being the one willing together tossed for standing for the players on this team over the crap ass strike zone
  6. You can freak out over whatever you feel the need to. But the point being made had nothing to do with your post.
  7. He hadn't played a baseball game since March 20th. Apparently he needs more time.
  8. So he is slightly below average in the middle of his slump. That's still not something to really get excited about.
  9. Your irrational hatred is something I don't know that I have ever seen before. Did Yermin steal your gold chains or something?
  10. So which is a more accurate measure of how he hits fastballs? The speeds of the fastball's he has hit for home runs, or the actual data which takes in all at bats ending with a fastball when compared to his cohorts?
  11. To follow up on this, Yermin is 12th in the AL, and 23rd amongst all qualified hitters in MLB against the fastball.
  12. That was about as fast as I have ever seen a post blow up on someone. Pathetic pivot after it blew up. The data IS there, if you want to see it.
  13. I will note that now the Sox have 6 of their own 1st round picks on the roster (including Vaughn) and now one of their own 2nd round picks.
  14. Correct. You must accumulate 6 full major league seasons, or its equivalent, to be granted free agency on your own terms.
  15. You can still have a breakthrough case after the vaccine. It is not 100%. Even if you one of the 6% who can still get it, the symptoms are supposed to be very muted compared to a vaccine-less person.
