Sale, Molina and Stewart should all be in our rotation in 2013.

21 IP in AA last year, struck out 33 and walked 2. Had a 0.41 ERA. WOW.

As a college grad (in 5 days), my list looks much different than it usually has. I'd like to add another suit to my collection, since I'm a broadcaster and more dress clothes in general. I like to thing I have a pretty incredible collection of ties for a 22 year old. A nice watch wouldn't be bad. Some re-ups on my favorite colognes. Other than that, I can't really think of anything. The ESPN 30 for 30 collection on Blu Ray would be neat. Being home for Christmas (mine is on JAN 7) for the first time in a while and knowing I won't have to go back to school in general will be a new feeling.

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Dec 4, 2011 -> 06:18 PM) What? Yes. That's pretty much it. I don't think any team in the NFC has a chance to beat the Packers outside of the Saints. I was just naming the few good teams in the conference. Cowboys just lost to the Cardinals. Falcons have the same record as the Bears and the Bears rolled them in week 1... -

QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Dec 4, 2011 -> 04:27 PM) The NFC is pretty crappy outside of the Niners, Saints, Falcons, maybe Dallas? I like the chances of an AFC team in a neutral setting beating GB much better than an NFC going into Lambeau. Falcons? Cowboys? Really? -

QUOTE (Tex @ Nov 30, 2011 -> 09:53 PM) One of my soccer players is a very good athlete, perhaps the best athlete on the team, he sucks as a team mate, and can't play his position, instead runs all over the field. As a team mate he lets everyone know with his gestures and words that he could have made that stop, scored that goal, could play their position better than they do. Tonight when we needed a couple guys to put away soccer balls, he wouldn't help, instead I heard him telling one of his team mates to go do it because his mom was waiting for him. Ten minutes later I come around the corner and he's sitting there. I said I thought your mom was here. He said she was on her way. I asked why he couldn't help with the balls and he said because Nathan is the ballboy. (Nathan is a teammate, we have no ballboy). He is always asking to play another position, thinking he can do anything perfectly. After all this I decided to keep him out of tomorrow's game. I have watched the last couple games and scrimmages and my defense is working really well together, my two mids and forward on the other side works well as a team until this guy shows up to hog the ball and bring a defender with. My forwards are playing well together. The kid I'm putting in isn't as big or fast, but I know he'll be in position. I'm thinking it's time for the big we're a team speech. The team has too little passion, too little heart and I really believe keeping this guy at home will help. But damn, he is good. Thoughts? If you don't think the TEAM will suffer much, then don't think twice about benching him for a game or 2. You have to send him a message somehow. No use being an incredible athlete if you don't have the smarts to play your position.

KC Johnson: Like most, Bulls cast wide net on 1st FA day. Contacted agents for JCrawford, CButler, GHill, Battier, KThomas, JHoward, Ford, Bogans, more. Crawford, Butler or Jason Richardson would be fine by me.

Yes, this really sucks, but people jumping off the bridge already is a bit over the top. Caleb Hanie and the Bears D/ST can beat at least 3 of OAK/KC/DEN/SEA/GB/MIN. That's 2 really s***ty teams (SEA/MIN), 2 bad teams (DEN/KC), 1 good team (OAK) and Green Bay. -
Love it.

Reading all the posts from the game tonight, you'd think the Bears lost/were losing the entire time. A few negatives, sure (WR), but the o-line looked really good, as did Cutler. And Forte kept doing his thing. Thank God those fumbles didn't cost us. Hope that doesn't happen ever again. Most importantly, perhaps, was that the defense looked really good. Got some good pressure on a mobile QB while rushing 4 and the LB looked phenomenal. And I'm sorry, but I think Major Wright and Chris Conte did just fine back there. People will blame Wright for missing the tackle on McCoy but that was simply a 50/50 play and McCoy guessed right. I never want to see Brandon Meriweather on the field again. Good: Cutler Forte O-Line (Especially Webb/Louis) Bennett D-Line CB Urlacher/Briggs Gould Graham/Hurd on ST Bad: Williams TE Return Game -

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Nov 5, 2011 -> 03:14 PM) Man he's been out forever, weren't they saying 2-4 weeks when it happened? I've dislocated my kneecap (too many times on each knee, ugh) and the 2-4 week expectancy was silly to begin with. It takes about 10 days just for swelling to subside. About another week to get back to walking normally, then another week to being comfortable/stable enough jog/run. And in the NFL, you need to build that strength and quickness back up quickly. 6-8 weeks is much more reasonable for an injury like that in order to return to 100%. It's taken a while for Jason Campbell to recover from it a few years back and it essentially ended Grady Jackson's career. -

If we're going to be playing the spin-this-into-a-negative game this offseason, then I'm leaving. Unbelievable. The guy hasn't even started his first day on the job and we hate him.

That's why the Hawks took a chance on Stalberg. The kid can freakin' skate.

QUOTE (iamshack @ Oct 25, 2011 -> 04:53 PM) I heard it was the same bs as the other two as well...a shame, because this one was being hyped up as being "really" scary, and much better than the prior two. If by same bs you're referring to the home video stuff, then yes, it's mostly the same. But don't get me wrong, it's still an incredibly scary movie, it's more so that the plot was kind of supposed to explain some things and it doesn't at all. I feel as though PA3 had more jump out of your seat and scream moments, and the last 20 minutes or so was pretty terrifying, but overall it failed to deliver.

QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Oct 25, 2011 -> 03:01 PM) Wait, what? I assume you mean that the only good parts were in the trailer. No, I was being quite literal. Almost NOTHING you see in the trailer is in the actual film. I was surprised too.

QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Oct 25, 2011 -> 02:29 PM) You're in for a treat with those two. I haven't seen any of the Paranormal Activity movies and wasn't even interested in them, but this new one looks a lot better than the others did. It isn't. Pretty much nothing from the trailer is in the movie. And I'm not exaggerating. The 3rd was an utter disappointment. Still scary as s*** with a lot of jumpy terrifying moments, but it didn't explain a whole lot in regards to the first 2.
