  1. Not drinking enough Gatorade
  2. His velocity was way down in the 5th, and Ricky pulled him with no hits allowed and 80 pitches thrown. No word on why yet. They really can't afford another injury to a pitcher.
  3. If he's hurt that sucks. They can't keep getting their pitchers injured and expect to do anything.
  4. Stuff is electric, command is iffy.
  5. Just bad luck. Nothing Abreu could do there.
  6. Wait until next season when Moncada brings the patience to the left side. He's going to explode.
  7. I think it was part of that show's schtick. I think Tannehill used to put on the morons on purpose.
  8. You'll never get any proof. If he is though, prepare for a $75M payroll next year. Again, it seems like they're doing everything they can to alienate their fanbase.
  9. No, 95% of the time the people they made fun of deserved it. They had thoughts that no rational person would have. It was a rare case when people actually had anything close to something constituting a rational thought and they got roasted.
  10. No he means trading 2 1st round picks for a below average QB.
  11. Me too, though I'd rather trade for Polanco or Mazara. Neither should be that expensive.
  12. Would you rather give it to Leury or maybe sign Puig?
  13. I think you did but I'm not sure....LOL. I'm not a negative Nancy anymore......
  14. That was a joke. It was more of a "How could this possibly be worse?" Thing.
  15. I wish Ricky would swap Moncada and Abreu. Moncada should hit 3rd and Abreu 4th for this season. Just FYI, next year when the Sox call up Robert and Madrigal, I'd line them up like this: Madrigal Robert Moncada Jimenez Abreu Collins Anderson McCann RF
  16. I'm assuming he thinks it's zero, or non zero(meaning less than 0.01% but greater than zero)
  17. He meant 2021, but yeah, that's going to be at least a 25M addition.
  18. Does anyone think that Rutherford and Gonzalez would get it done for Mazara? Mazara would then be a placeholder for Walker. I'm also not ready to completely give up on Fulmer yet.
  19. Give him time. Mississippi HS baseball isn't exactly the greatest level of competition.
  20. Does anyone remember the guy that had the sign that read: Konerko gives me a Bonerko ????
  21. If the Sox get a full lineup and their starting pitching continues to perform well, they can absolutely go on a run to finish the season. They might not get to 80 wins but they can definitely win 75-79.
  22. I'm back on board with Madrigal. He's answered all of my questions and then some this season.
  23. I'm happy either way. Both scenarios have their pros and cons. If they go on a run it could help sell a marquee FA to join the Sox this winter.
  24. I know it's early, but the Sox 2019 draft class has a chance to be really special. They have a metric shit ton of high upside players. Beard is the most intriguing.
