  1. Fuck home runs. Hit .300.
  2. Will probably not renew. Once they became a playoff team, they eliminated most of the perks we used to get. Parties, extra tickets, meetings with guys like Hahn. Press guides...now the only thing was an invitation to White Sox BP at my expense. They couldn't even do it on a date when I have tickets. No contact from rep at all. In fact, since my old rep left last year, I don't even have a clue who my rep is. I will find out when they start calling me in October with moving deadlines to renew. Enough is enough. Ill have a giant TV and Stubhub. I let some other sucker pay the White Sox.
  3. Eliy Jimenez left tonight's gamw with left elbow discomfort
  4. Why does Stone trash fans for blasting Tony, but he indirectly does it close to daily?
  5. Don't get your hopes up. It's Arte Moreno.
  6. There is something going on and it's not just injuries. Eloy has easy power. 40 HR pace should be standard. Suddenly he's half of that, just like the rest of the team. How they have made no adjuistments is beyond belief. There is superstar talent around. Robert, Moncada, TA...those guys could be outstanding in all facets. But the offense is a dud, and something needs to happen. Waiting until the offseason is the front office being hard headed, stupid, cheap, or all of the above. DO SOMETHING HAHN.
  7. Don't forget Pollock. Hahn actually made the Kimbrel trade worse.
  8. It did take Tony way too long to figure out Kopech was hurt.
  9. Who was that dope on the Bears who blew out his knee celebrating a sack under those circumstances?
  10. Ruiz should be able to take any intrigue out of the top. of the 9th.
  11. Mentally they had to be checked in because any other place, they play.
  12. It's a lot different from not going in. Moncadas probably pissed because he probably had to call it a night sooner than usual last night.
  13. The one benefit is the re scheduled game probably won't be on Peacock. I wasn't paying
  14. Yeah but they still had to be at the ballpark for 5 or 6 hours. An unplayable field should not happen in MLB. Cleveland needs to be forced to spend millions fixing their drainage.
  15. Cease against the team you are chasing trumps any benefit IMO.
  16. Seriously a major league field can't be playable 3 hours after rain?. They should force them to play all their potential playoff games at their opponents' park until the situation is fixed.
  17. I've never been a fan of blaming the hitting coach, but the entire team with a power outage in an era of baseball where the home run has never been more important? Every day they do nothing is a missed opportunity to at least try to improve. It's pretty clear status quo is going to mean status quo. They won last night which is great. They scored 2 runs. Perhaps the Charlotte hitting coach should be on the plane with Perez.
  18. IMO, its smoke and mirrors, but Cueto has definitely been fun to watch.
  19. Sometimes when you are in a must win game, winning should trump getting someone a complete game.
  20. You have one catcher now, and even on 3rd his lack of speed is a problem. This is a singles hitting team.
