There will be someone new. There always is. People who were supposed to be the darlings of their party and future POTUS, rarely ever follow through. The rising stars almost always fade out. Trump will have 8 million fewer votes in 2 elections than his dem opponent. Jr. is a poor man's version of him. He would get trounced even worse. Plus, Jr. might be doing time in 4 years.

They didn't break the 2008 record in 2012 or 2016. You still have to get people to vote.

He'll be such a has been by then. For a couple of years, Trump will be a name the base can't get enough of but like everything else, they will be looking for the new best thing soon enough. I do think there are many republican politicians who will be relieved this is over in January. This guy was a 1 term POTUS. That rarely happens. The Trump name is only going to become less popular as time goes on.

He is going to wind up with 10 million more votes than anyone ever received except Barrack Obama in 2008. He will have him by 6 million. It is significant. Many are just votes against Trump, but the participation in this election during a pandemic, when it could be so easy for people to tune out, is outstanding.

Does this mean Trump will rescind his offer of $200 gift cards to senior citizens, and we won't be getting antibody treatment for free?

4 years from now he will be 4 more years into the brain cell destruction time of life. He won't run again. He'll lose, and if he ran as a 3rd party and got his base to vote for him again, he would be handing Biden, or probably more likely Kamala, the next election.

You have to think Trump calling the election rigged before one vote was accepted probably doesn't help is cause in any courtroom.

When all of this happened, who what President? It wasn't Biden. It wasn't Obama. It was Trump. If he is the law and order President, why did this happen under his watch? The thought that this won't happen under Trump is just wrong. It only happens under Trump.

If the Democratic Party was looking to do what AOC wanted, Bernie would have been a candidate. It was a scare tactic from Trump. Why do you believe what he says? No air conditioning, no heat. TV only when it's windy. No suburbs, all churches will be closed. Why do you buy his act?

If Dems get it to 50-50 and Joe wins, Kamala because the deciding vote. If Joe wins, it will be interesting to see what the former Republicans become. The real republicans who saw Trump for what he was and abandoned ship. I really doubt they are going to be on board with a lot of Joe's policies, so in a couple of years they probably are going to be campaigning for people who are against his policies. But will the republican party get back to a somewhat normal state? I think that will take more than 2 years. 4 years from now, Trumpism, assuming he is a one term guy, probably goes the way of the Tea Party. But 2 years from now, there still will be people with their eyes wide open, speaking like they just snorted a pound of cocaine, listing their grievances, and bowing down to Agent Orange.
